Bhai dhankhar nue kar .... south mein pakad le job .... er kisse ne roti pon mat le jaiye gail .... jib aadhe haan bhookha rahega adhi han er marega apni pahelyan aali 10 kms daud ..... appe bhaj ke kam hovega ....

Well, I have decreased my weight upto 15 kgs quite a few years back. But have gained 7 odd kgs again in the last 5 years. I think I am managing quite well.
Bhai......Tikkad tei chodne padenge hi padenge aur poori mehnat karni padegi. Eik Kaam kar koi badhiya saa scientific weight loss center join kar le, oode apne aap teraa diet plan and diet control karwa denge we....But only visit if you have the passion to lose weight.....I mean think that without losing weight you cannot do anything......
Kai log kahwenge kei in centera me kuch naa dharyaa......But trust me, it works. You always have book to read but you need a good teacher to make you understand and read.....Diet plan mein sab kuch bataa doonga tanee but i would advice you to join some center near your house.

Well, decreasing weight is not a one day show if u go the right way & right way is only making a balance in both the diet aspect & the physical exercises. Yoga is a perfect solution, because it has no side effects, is very natural & requires no investment, & not only helps u lose weight but at the same time in maintaining a perfect mind & body ! This is my personal experience, & if u want so many gains at a time, then u will have to spare time! May be u can start just with 3 or 4 days a week schedule and in the beginning u can do with just half an hour, only thing is that ur stomach must be bit empty when u do it, best time is of course morning

Dont keep searching .... start morning and evening walks whatever is feasible and with some yoga .... rest you can keep implementing in between .... wo naveen bhai saab ne ek doosre thread mein kahe rakhi se ne ..."jayada sochne se irade kamjor ho jate hein" ... mand jya eeb .... byah ka tem aa liya hai tera bhi lave .... ha ha
Vivek no matter at which post you are presently working at/how successful you are/ how much you are earning at this point of time, its true that one must be working and hence tend to be busy but KEEPING FIT should be your top priority so if you cant an hour from your busy schedule to maintain a good health then its a pity....SPARE SOME TIME EVERYDAY....JUST FOR YOURSELF

sunita ji maine ker diya hai suru subha uthna ab orr 3 km chala bhi karu subha urr 3 km shaam ne ,gani na pity naa karo ibb main samjdarr ho gaya :D:D
Good going Vivek....let me MOTIVATE you l'il bit more I do brisk walk( pullsiya style) 8kms in the morning and 6-7 kms in the evening and half km running with it. Then 10 mnts Abs exercise....control on sweet n fried delicacies....Dont quit eating rather take smaller quantity....thats not much to keep fit. When you get used to this routeen you'll feel days are brighter n you are happier

sunita ji 8 km chalne ke liye to kam se kam muje 1-1.30 hrs lagenge subha shaam milake matlab 3 gante + .nu ke manne katti shuk ke thodi merna hai manne 10 kilo kad ke bagane hain bus naa to fer main gana patla ho jaunga :D:D urr fer weight badane kaa tarika puchunga :D:D

Usually i lose 7-8 kilos in 2 months and yeah without dieting....so its more like just burning the calories not starving yourself and looking at eatbles in a GREEDY DOG style arr haan weight badhaan ka pehlam bata dyun....Boora mai ghee/ shakkar mai ghee/ nooni ghee/ Choorma/ Doodh uthtey-baithtey...yaani taddke-saanjh, rottiyan pai kadhavni ki garma-garam malaayi....bas-bas ghani na bata sakti....muh mai paani aagya :p

Anyway...I drink lots and lots of water, eat lots of fruit throughout the day. and finish my dinner around 7:30 pm.
It's helped control my weight but not shift a great deal.
Overrall I feel good.
PS: Lagata hai chair per koi excersice chal rahi hai.
