i still remember one HR-Head (i don't wish to disclose his name), who had posted some vacancies, and when i contacted him, he said they don't recruit freshers......he didn't even gave me any reference.

this happens to non-IT freshers..

-Understanding of network connectivity

-Understanding of Travel
