u mean , people should stop moving ahead and should allow others to laugh on us. if u have done from top college, it means people should not follow u or surrender their dreams. it is ridiculous that our own members instead encouraging, are discouraging. If u are senior than your Juniors should feel proud of u and must be guided properly. I have no. of degrees & diplomas, it doesn't mean I should discourage others or compare myself with my own family i.e, Jat family.

Following experiences may pl. be noted:
-Child should not be overloaded with so many School & coaching classes as both the approaches are different and hence shold be selected judiciously.
-Concentrate where competition is seems to be fair. If any agent contact u during exam or before result then u must check the credibility and avoid giving exams in such institutes.For example students selected in CBSE,BHU,AMU are surprisingly doesnot find any place in such institutes where agents are approaching, Now u may assess yourself.Because, appearing in so many exams is merely wastage.
-Child should not be demotivated by surcasting comments. As competition is tough and seats are limited. Moreover, Every state/University is conducting their own exams. and Further, Different quota,reservation reduces the seats availability.
-False commitments by people of our own community.
-If any person approaches u for your help then do not rely blindly.
Hence one should analyse very carefully.
