Daniel Day Lewis- Oscar 2013 Best actor Winner --3 times

Lincoln - 2012

Best Picture and Best Actor Nominee Oscar .

Good movie to watch . Tells about the hurdles Lincoln faced to pass the bill of " Slavery Abolishment ". Around 2 hrs 26 min movie but will not bore you at all.
Senate discussions , many good scenes like one in which they mentioned something about votes for women comparing to votes for blacks inferior .
Small stories told by Linclon --one with George Washington . Actor Daniel Day Lewis ----absolutely great . Played absolutely amazing role comparing to Gangs of New york and There will be blood . It was hard to recall that he is same actor . Tommy Lee Jones small but important role . His dialogue of " equality before law " . Speaker casting his Vote n saying " This is history " . Movie is full of splendid dialogues .
Lewis deserves academy 2013 for best actor without any doubts.

Super must watch movie for all.

Anna Hathway - Best Supporting Actress Oscar 2013

Les miserables 2012 :

Based on a novel and remake of Liam n Geofffery movie . It is musical . Beginning of the movie is good- Slave Song is good . Hard to recognize Hugh . Anna Hathway is splendid - song lovely lady is really emotional one . Russel Crowe played Javert how ever I found Geoffery ( older les miserables ) better than Russel Crowe . Even I have found climax of older movie better than new one .

On fun part I would rate : 3 on 5
on good cinema part : 5 on 5 , good dialogues though musical . Sets , make up - costumes all superb .

Superawesome . True story -hats off to those brains who were able to pull up such rubbish idea and manage to save innocent lives . So many breath taking scenes which were real . Ben Afleck(Producer and Director as well )-no doubt superb acting not just looks he proved to be an amazing actor .
George Clooney( Producer ) -----always pick real stories fro movies .

If u won't watch it-------its a loss

Amazing story . Unpredictable twists . Superb Acting of all . Samuel L Jackson ----small role but incredible . Mix of slave trade-romance .
Great background score . Must watch .

@gals : too much blood - so be prepared first.

Best Foreign Feature Film : Oscar Winner 2013

Amour 2012----means Love
Can not think any measure to rate it

Story of elderly couple love and care . I have seen many movies some made me laugh , cry , like , dislike etc .
This is the best I have ever seen
Story : Woman got paralysis attack and her spouse take care of her .

Movie is of around 120 minutes . My advice do not watch last 20 minutes . If somebody would have told me about those last 20 minutes. I would have never ever seen it .

4 on 5 ----for sure

Romantic but not like usual fairy tales . Rather a Romantic Comedy .
Must watch .

Cooljat ji humare yahan kahwat hai - poore din mei ek pal aisa hota hai jab kuch bhi kaha sach ho jata hai ------isliye one should be very careful before one says anything .

Kya pata ram ji apki bat sach kar de .

PS : I m not so smart that I can ever be spokesperson of such prestigious awards , as I say always I m just an amateur .

Story about 3 friends . Many predictable scenes even then movie would keep audience intact . Every scene is well written . Direction is indeed good. Not much hype of Gujarat riots which is good . All 3 actors great acting----for 2 of them first movie so they really acted well . Many scenes would take us to our own school / college days .
I guess after GOW part 1 , this is one not to miss hindi movie .
Based on Chetan Bhagat book- 3 mistakes of life
( book was boring though but movie is a delight to watch )

Korean Movie . On of the good beautiful Romantic Movie . Simple nice story , movie moves with good pace , no faltoo drama . Happy ending ,delight to watch it .
