    Dharam bhai...
I am an Consulting Engineer (Major in Mechanical).

My Suggestion for you is to first consider:

    1. A Good Buffalo costs around 30-40k Rupees.
    2. Do you have any domestic animals at home or at ur relatives place.
    3. Do you have a plot near a grassland with a medium Pond (for buffaloes) and water regularly available at some place.
    4. See a Vet Doc. for some good advice on Animal Health
    5. Do you have any knowledge of animal Husbandry. Consider visiting to attend a short course if available at these institutes:
National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal, Haryana
Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Jhajjar, Haryana.
    6. After attending a course you must be aware of diseases and their symptoms very well (the animals can't tell their problems).
    7. About the nutritious diet for a buffalo
    8. Consider employing care takers.
    9. Have a emergency transportation facility (4-wheeler)

What are outputs you can sell:
    1. Animal Dung as Natural Fertilizer.. also supply Gobar Gas to village
    2. Milk and its Products
    3. Sell Good buffaloes to Villagers

You will spend a huge sum in a small period of time if go large scale in beginning. I will advice to start with 2 buffaloes. If it starts working u can start expanding slowly, you can show this to the govt., they have loan plans for Agri & Dairy business (but loan amt is small -- 1 lac for rural people.. u hv to pay 10k per annum as interest.). More than anything you will need support from ur family.

Regards... hope this is of some help to you

Well if you need to something..
You just have to get started with it... if you r dedicated and cautious.. chances are good that something will workout.. at least losses will not be there.. Then success is not a destination.. it is a journey..
We should just try to enjoy our fight with the destiny..

true in every sense mate .....but if you are investing in projects like this ..without of having any knowledge than the risk factor is always with you ...1 wrong selection of animal will cost u 60 to70 k loss

Jaise industry key consultants hote haiin, vaise hi har gaon men yafir kissi kissi gaon men janwaron key specialist bhi mil jayenge. Veh iss kaam men specialist hote hain...unhen janwaron ki samaajh hoti hai. Apake apane gaon men hi koi na koi mil jayega, jisse janwaron key features dekh kar unki quality aur sahi dam tay kar sakta hai...

Agaar anaadi adami yeh kaam khood karreyga, to chances jyada hai ki nuksaan uthayega...Ataah, janwaron key selection mein koi badhiya pashu ke expert ka hona jaroori ho sakta hai. Naheen te bhains laat bhi mar de kaare kuch din peeche...koi bharosa naheen.

    Hello to all JL members:
This is my first post and I am glad to see everyone here is trying to help our Jat community.

Sunita ji here is some idea for both genders, pardon me if someone has already discussed this. EBAY is one site where you can sell anything, only thing you need is a computer, camera, and bank account. One should sign-up with paypal so that each transaction is secured. You can put pictures of the items like scarves ( cotton rajesthani style, some fashion jewelery etc. they are in style) and put the minimum price you want (including your profit) or just start with minimum and have your profit in shipping. You can start with little profit and sell more items. Good thing about this is you don't have to buy anything to sell, just have some wholesalers contacts and make sure those items you put on the web are available when someone bids and wins on ebay. I will be more than happy to guide more on this let me know.
