    Ha ha ha ha ha/.... Le toh bhai Sunn...je naa e maane toh

    Bhai Oont ki exercise nahi karwaani...lekin kyunki OOnt par baithney waala khud hill jaata hai... upper se neechey tak.... toh Oont ek "tread mill" ka kaam karta hai.... upper baithney waale ki khoob exercise hoti hai....Jogging tein bhi ghanni...

    Lekin aajkal Haryana aur UP mein Oont bahut kamm miltey hain...Kheti waali Zameen hi baqhut kamm hai.... Shayad rajasthan se manggwaane paddein ....exercise k liye :rock

    Ohh... ebb jaa k meri chinta ki gasss khatam huyi sei... saachi mein ... mar jaata je yoh secret daba k rakhta toh...

    Verma ji hamne actuall mein ek Khatarnaak se Oont ki jarurat se,,,,vo bhi mil jyaaga ke,,,,,manne ibbe uska naam nahi dhyaan aa rhyaa,,,,,vo kasuta active ho se ar Gaaldar fenkta raha karre,,,,usne kaabu raakhan khatir load bhi aachha laadna pade se,,,,,,

    bhai koye se ke naam dhyaan aave to batiye,,,,chhote chhote the jab to naam yaad thaa,

    There is only a single way to increase stamina and that's "Practice , Practice and Practice with a healthy diet"

    Stamina usually increses when u crosses the fatigue stage.
    Jab running karteuy hue thak jao to ruko nahi,continous rakho running ko kuchh der tak and u will see incresing ur stamina in a week....

    Guys now suggest( seriously) What is better- Walk outside or at home on Treadmil? As i'm planning to buy a treadmil

    Deswal ji, actually Horse riding, camel riding, swimming, running are all considered to be good exercises

    Bhai manney to running nue suggest kari thi ki kaun ghodey her uunt lyake bandhega ghar ne shahara main exercise karan tai...

    Haan swimming is a good option along with running....
    But running should be planned in a park instead of road or HOME..

    A good quality treadmill will cost you a lot,,,,Precor ka lyogi to 3-4 laakh mein aavega:D,,,,,,,phir bhi agar lena hai to I can send you the complete product details also

    Sis... Sachin is right... instead of buying a treadmill in 3-4 laakh... you can do running, swimming for free + you can buy one "Oont".... Even Sumit is opening a "Mobile Gym" in gurgaon..you can join it

    I've a park in my area and i've noticed lot of DOGS/PIGS n COWS wandering in that and i will really hate if my shoes will catch a dog/pig poo. Nowadays even cow dung isn't that pure as it used to be in old times. Apart from that the ground in park ain't level.

    Arr oonchey-nichey mai padd kai goddey tuddan tai acha sadakk paibhajna theek nahi sai ke? I know running on road/concrete isn't good for joints and thats why i want to buy a treadmill.

    Bhaisahab, depends on how many the supplier has. Actually I was looking forward to open a Camel farm and later on Mobile gym and Mobile Yoga as subsidiaries.

    Is this guy a member of Jatland? Do you have any other person in mind??

    Verma Sahab mere khyaal se jaise aajkal log "Car Pooling" karte hain,,,aise hi hamein Oont Pooling ki taraf dhyaan dena chaahiye,,,,,so that there is optimum utilization of resources.

    I think one Oont can easily take 4 people, so accordingly we can do the Oont Pooling, 4 people staying in an area can purchase one Oont.

    Oont Pooling will be a totally new concept and India will benifit eventually:rock
