    Cool Gym

    Lets start discussing gym exercises e.g which workout you would like,diet,weightgain or loss, and all related with it.

    Gym e keh diya to ude ka instructor knowledge dewega ke karna chahiye.

    Pet kam karne ki iicha rakhne walo ke liye ek excercise
    1) isme aapko ek saathi ki jaroorat padegi.
    Bed pe let jayen aur sirahna kas ke pakad le.
    apni tango ko sidha rakhte hue upar uthayein L shape banayein.
    apne sathi ko kahein ki aapki tango ko poora dum laga ke dhakka de neeche ki side .
    tango ko neeche na lagne dein.
    ye exercise 1 mahine karne se khud pata lag jayega iska impact.
    Negative point:- aapke nabhi ke neeche ki Nas(muscles) khinch sakti hain.
    uske liye seedhe let jayein aur pair ko mod kar anguthe ko chume (3 baar) pehle dayein ko fir bayein ko 3, 3 baar chumne ke baad seedhe aram karein 5 min. and you will feel better.

    Savdaniyan:- Langot kas kar bandhein.

    gym ki jarurt ki aaj kal kiski ko hoti bhi hai per kisko nhi bhi

    runing Gym jane se better hai
    Gym se better hai ki kuch games play karo
    games main enjoy bhi hota hai or workout bhi hota hai:rock

    Bhai Gym me jake ke karega.....ghara e dhand mar liya kar.....push ups.....Gym me loha bajan teh badiya sai....aapna bahar duad mar ke aawe tadak tadak.....arr fer paneer kha le.:D.... par ghana na kahiye kade peth kharab ho jya......

    arr daud arr dhand marre pacche or bhi hanga bach jya teh chin ups bhi marr le...fer dekh to .....number 1 dehi ho jyagi......

    Jo log ye baat kar rahe hai sports me ghuso gym kuch nahi hota, unka gyan abhi thoda adoora hai,, aur jo log ye kah rahe hai gym me workout ko enjoy nahi kiya jata sports ki tarah, unhe bhi abhi dono cheezo ka pura pata nahi.

    Gym and sports go hand in hand !

    every sports has different requirement, also depends on what u do as a player in that sport.

    different sports need different kind of bodies, which can be made by proper training in/out of the gym and diet.

    I am no fitness guru but I still know a little bit

    bhai agar gym start kr rahe ho to contineously karna,,,,nai to baad me kai bimaria lg jati hai......
    skin dhili ho gati hai....

    Chin-ups!

    ... To gym or not to gym...

    Look, the thread is frankly about Gym; so as to not to degress and if one can add gyming to the routine well and good... (and not taper off as we all know we all do! :D)...

    But on a totally side note: and of course kinda related one at that, I found having a Chin-up Bar handy on the doorway goes a long way to keep the workouts sessions/inspirations right there without too many valid excuses of squeezing out of one...

    Here one can get it at 'sports-authority' and easily installed on a doorway (a bathroom one preferably as they are slightly narrower than others) that way the upperbody can always be given a few precious minutes every day, and without too much of a fuss and excuse about clumsy dumbells and barbells...
    And the excercise itself is fairly easy to get the hang of...
    Like all workouts here too most importantly Form is very important (and whether one is using the outward or inner facing hand grips) making sure that you do not swing the body to get leverage, but are pulling your weight straight up (and lowering carefully too without sorta letting go) with a steady motion; you will initially start with very few (1-3) chin-ups but can usually see a increase once you start to get the form right!
    A full set (either the increaing or decreasing pyramid) shall start showing good results fairly quickly!

    The shoulders, wings (delts) and arms are all worked out thru this routine!
    ...Wouldn't follow the trodden path, but shall leave a blazing trail!!!...

    I want to know about bisceps,triceps,chest,shoulder ,back and Abs :D

    And Wat (the simplest and easy to make) diet i have to eat ?

    And by the way GYM cant spread the BHIMARI
    it improve your health and physical appearance.
    Doing gym regurally you feel energytic throughout the day.

    only 20 - 30 min
    look
    gym help us in few ways
    like personality
    health
    gain and lose wight

    u know after fews year
    u wll feel pain in your body
    if you will be on that stage
    you could not do more

    Get a pair of dumbells and u wud be able to workout any body part from them.

    Eat bakra,tandoori chicken and egg white.

    khana ar exercise aapki body ke hisab se hoti hai. lekin basic exercise kar if u were never into it. strengthen ur muscles get used to it and switch on to intense training.
