Depends upon the BMI of the person. If it is more than 24, Its advised to opt for walking and swimming, reduced the weight.. get trained and hit the track..
I think every person should have stamina to run 10 kms at any point of time..
For any physical exercise,, Spend some time for stretching as its very useful to keep you away from sports injuries..
Medical cost is so high now a days and Children are not staying with their parents so its better to have healthy life style to live longer and happier
walking is better than running
walking takes more time than runing
its not easy to walk 10 km every day
but we can run

Sir ji they avoid cat by closing eyes.. Except Atheletes and body builders.. Anybody with BMI more than 25 are considered under High-risk group for diseases like High blood pressure, Cardic problems etc.. So its always advised to keep the BMI below 25.. Best is to keep it at 22 if possible..

bt today only few hands who has time.
we have to spend more time on walking than others activities.
on the other side we have runing option
its also quiet good
its enough to run 5 km everyday.
we dont need to spend more time like walking.
