    short n fast running with warm ups makes ur muscles
    body builder jaisi nahin but achi jaroor bana dega
    n muscular body by geeting that is a good body than gym one
    u will loose gym body within months if u quit gym while not so with that body

    but i m 100% that running te jayada energy use hove hove hai means u loss more calories
    depend karta hai how much u run n how much u walk
