Well i think its just a matter of education or you can say the awareness among the people who blindly vote the politicians without knowing any thing about the cost involved in the elections....Or there are people who hardly bother about voting
Awareness can be increased by introducing new laws like voting compulsion for citizens.

We and our parents are happy in being an employee. Why do we prefer Engineering, MBA,CA etc. over politics.....because we see better future there and its easy to do these things. Isn't it?)

The word "EQUAL" has no meaning in human life
There are 94 amendments so far first in June 1951 and latest in June 2006, out of these I think following deals with the electoral procedure:
11--- Election of vice president
19--- Abolish Election Tribunals and enable trial of election petitions by regular High Courts
39--- Regarding judgement of Allahbad HC in election of Indira Gandhi
70--- Including Delhi and Pondichery in electorale collage of President

तोह कम से कम यह तोह दिखा दो के जोह सीएम चहुमुखी विकास नहीं करेगा वोह दोबार नहीं बनेगा. और इसमें रोहतक वालो को भी साथ देना चाहिए क्योंको नहीं तोह हुड्डा का तोह कोणी बेरा सीएम न भी बने क्योंकि कांग्रेस बन भी गयी तोह सीएम तोह सोनिया का सबसे बड़ा चमचा बनेगा और उस दौड़ में कई लोग है.

I am really surprised to read this response. Massive flyover has been constructed in Panipat. Face of Sonipart has changed with massive construction and then this Rajiv Gandhi Education City. Massive development is going on in Faridabad and Riwari. Rohtak was long neglected by past CMs and might be extra development has taken place to catch up with the lost years. Please don't oppose just for the hake of it, unless you want to derail Haryana development.

Panipat Flyover was constructed by Centre Govt. and passed earlier then this tenure.
if you check you will find same for flyovers in Rohtak and Power plants in haryana but due to supply of inedequate funds those were hold. Now road from delhi to hisar is also under governance of centre govt. and if congress won't return to power this project will also be delayed as centre govt. will not provide sufficient funds. So to complete the widening of road from delhi to hisar people have to vote for congress.
FYI all the highways comes under centre govt. states have no right to alter or modify them without permission from centre.

L&T to build longest flyover at Panipat
A Business Correspondent
L&T-ECC has secured a contract from NHAI for constructing a six-lane dedicated flyover on NH-1 in Haryana. The contract also includes widening the existing four-lane, 10-km stretch (km 86 to km 96), which passes through Panipat, to six lanes. The project, estimated to cost Rs 418 crore, will be executed on BOT basis through a special purpose vehicle to be formed for this purpose.
The total length of the six-lane elevated section is 3.4 km (3,048 m of viaduct and 360 m of ramps) covering the central built-up Panipat section. When completed, this will be India's longest six-lane flyover on the NH network. A separate two-lane peripheral road with paved shoulders will be provided on either side of the access-controlled six-lane highway for the local Panipat traffic, which will not use the elevated structure.
The road will have a 20-lane toll plaza to collect toll fees using semi-automatic toll collection system including a dedicated automatic lane in either direction. The total concession period including construction period of three years will be 20 years. L&T-Ramboll is the design consultant for the project.

The 27km stretch of highway to Gurgaon has claimed a high toll since January 23, 2008, when the high-speed corridor was thrown open to traffic. A total of 1,696 accidents have been reported, of which 1,598 were serious in nature, which means victims were greviously injured. That's almost 100 people getting severely injured each month.
The figures were given out by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) in response to an RTI query filed by K S Anand, a Delhi-based businessman, who lost his son in an accident on the stretch of NH-8 in March this year.
Figures revealed by NHAI are till June 2009. The total number of deaths on the stretch in that period are 100, or about three deaths every fortnight on an average. That's quite a high fatality rate when you consider the fact that the stretch is just over 27km.
Compared to this, a total of 3,749 accidents have been reported in Delhi till July 15 this year, of which 1,106 were fatal accidents. The figures are marginally lower compared to last year's toll when a total 4,669 accidents were reported in the capital till July 15, of which 1,107 were fatal. In the entire 2008, 7,787 accidents were reported and 2,015 were fatal accidents. In response to another query, NHAI said the concessionaire firm DS Constructions has earned approximately Rs 146 crore through the collection of toll tax during the financial year 2008-2009.
This toll amount collection is expected in 2020 but still no one is asking to lower toll amount.

People who claim that Panipat flyover is made by 'state govt' themselve know that it is not the fact !!! Do you think that so learned people in India dont know which authority takes care of National Highways in India? ..... but like politicians, people believe in giving wrong info for their benefit.
No doubt, congress govt in the state has done many good works. But let us not give them the credit for something which they havent done at all. If unneccessary credit is given, govt may take it for ride!

There are news that Hudda wont be next CM in next term if congress would be able to make a 45 points by any chance.As Sonia and Congress have to make 33% ladies in every segment of congress. So the will replace Hudda with Kiran Chaudhary.

But wish ki congress ki govt ban jaye, as halat pataley hai congress ki due to many reasons one of the most imporatnt is complete negeligence of many districts.
