Par ye toh batao aisa # 1 bana kis ki wajah se ... aap jaise logo ki wajah se jo haryana ki hi paidaaish hai ... Kissi bahar waale ne aakar toh ye haalat nahi ki na Haryana ki ... Aapki apni Jimmedaari hai ... Aap nahi nibha paaye issliye sarcasm ka khula pradarshan ho raha hai ... par shayad ye nahi pata ki ye sab baate ya sarcasm aap logo ke liye hi hai ...

you're correct here in a sense that we all have responsibility to keep/make our society (state/country) better all the time ...
but kisne kiso gaali thi hai yaha (kis ne kis ko doshi batya hai) .... (I think as per my understanding after reading above comments) everyone made general statements those simple implie that Haryana is not # 1 ... (may be it is in some fields then it's my lack of knowledge. I 'll try to search for it)

Yes, good question. Let us list down in what all fields it is "Number 1" (positively). If we know we can say this with pride whenever people from others states discuss the ranking.
Btw... which authority gives this ranking of number 1....2....3 etc ? Some magazine etc or some govt agency. Any idea on parameters used? any links?
