Linea Multijet ...I can say after an ownership of more than six months .

With Stunning looks ,fantastic fuel economy ,solid build ample leg and boot space rich features and absolute driving pleasure Linea is a clear winner .ASS is really good and apart from diesel I have not spent a single rupee on its maintenance after a run of more than 15000 km.Admiration and VFM are both guaranteed with the Italian Beauty but RV may be a problem.

Mam but one can go for CNG model of Accent and there is no other car of 1400+ CC with that price tag.

    I see.

Regarding actual mileage value, perhaps the only way to know is by emptying the gas tank, making a note of miles/kilometers covered from the monitor, filling the tank to full (note the gallons/litres), run the car till the fuel runs out and then note the distance covered. Subtracting the lower distance value from the higher and using fuel amount value, one can get a good approximation of mileage under actual road conditions.

Is there any better, and easier way?

one better way... use same algorithm but put 10 liters instead of filling the tank to full..

But you have to do this activity atleast 2-3 times. It will average out all the types of rides/road drives and help in calculating approximately the correct mileage.

Indeed it should be powerful and Safe too. Everyone wants all the features in the car, but it all boils down to ur budget. how much u can afford? For less budget you HAVE to compromise with both safety and power..

    one better way...
do a tank full and note the fuel intake and kilometers at that moment.

now everytime you do a full tank , chk how much liters needed to do a full tank and what is the difference between current an previous kilometers reading.
this will give u mileage everytime. this way u can get average on even months..

Very nice! Thanks! I should try that.

Just a small concern, and someone else who shared this method with me also has, is that it may not be practical to run the car till the very last drop of fuel i.e., may get one stranded
It maybe a good approximation though.

Your method may be more suitable for a Car Garage, who is asked to come up with a mileage number. Otherwise it seems more practical to fill the tank to capacity if the car is used on a regular basis.

I agree. It would be an approximation.
