If petrol, then Figo will give you very less FE. ARAI figures alone are 15.6 only. In real city conditions it will not give you more than 12.

Ritz is becoming common now a days on sheer basis of its practicality. I'm not advocating it, but people who went for it are really happy with this car. As I mentioned earlier also that its totally personal choice on looks!

Did you check BEAT? It is also tall boy design with sufficient space and power, and returns good mileage too. Gives around 14-16 for my friend in city. Highways it is around 18 and has superb control in 3 digit speed also. Chevrolet is serious about ASS and spare parts are almost comparable to Maruti. So it will not make a hole in your pocket every now n then.

Don't be inclined towards one car just going by reviews. After all it will be you who is going to be in driving seat!
Just test drive Beat and Punto back to back and then make a decision!

One of my colleague just bought Beat .. this seems a costly toy to me dont give feeling of big car I m not yet inclined towards any car ... btw Without TD its really difficult to get inclined for me ... and well I m not a racer .. I need a cool car only ... First I was really looking for UVA (only becoz of its spacious and big stylish feel) ... but thats really outdated now and options are propping up now as well ..

makka chhore Polo ki bhi testdrive le aa .. Polo is classy n gud in quality

" That said, if you're one of those who went in with the pre-budget rush and booked yourselves a Hyundai i20 or a Suzuki Swift or Ritz and are now wondering whether you made the right choice - don't worry too much about it. But if you're still making up your mind about a large family hatchback that you'll truly enjoy to drive, go test drive a Polo today - you won't regret it! "

Atish Bhai isne drive kun kare tha?Wo khud ya showroom ala?

As Sawant cannot drive, the Concorde Motors showroom provided him with a driver to take him home safely.

Just 45 minutes after purchasing, Sawant watched his shiny Nano car transform into carbon black as flames engulfed the car.

"I have no idea what happened. A motorcycle rider overtook me and told me that the vehicle was on fire," said Sawant adding, "The engine was behind me and I did not realise that the car was on fire."

The German luxury car maker BMW is ready to launch its Mini hatchback model in India by December this year. BMW had been contemplating its options since a long time to launch its small car in India. It had planned to launch the same last year but delayed its plans due to the economic downturn and falling market sales.
It now again weighs its options to introduce its Mini model in India priced at Rs. 20 lakh. The small car model will be imported as a completely built unit which will make it pricier by Rs. 9-10 lakh as compared to other models in its segment. In spite of its exorbitant pricing for a small car, BMW is hopeful for its luxury small car and plans to introduce it in India which remains one of the most price sensitive markets in the world.
“The Rs 20-lakh price tag would be Rs 9-10 lakh higher than the highest priced car in the segment. We need to assess if there is a market for such cars. We also need to convince our dealers that additional investment they make would fetch returns if we have to launch the car in India,” said BMW India president Peter Kronschnabl after launching BMW X6 in Kolkata.
BMW India will soon be launching the latest version of its sedan, 5-Series, in the country. The new 5 Series will be introduced in the global market later this month, and will come to India shortly thereafter. However, the company still hasn’t decided on the pricing of the car in the Indian market. BMW Global Director (Marketing and Planning) Markus Schram told mediapersons that the car would compete with the Mercedes E-Class, and would help drive volumes.

The German automaker is also planning to enter the premium small-car segment in Europe and Asia along with its sister company, Mini. It has already started working on a new small car platform. BMW Chairman Norbert Reithofer said that the company intended to grow profitably in the small-car segment, which has a cost structure different from that of big cars. Another big focus area for the carmaker will be its "look East" policy where it has witnessed significant growth in China and India. In fact, Asia is the only region in its portfolio to have grown significantly in the last few years.
20 LAKH MEIN BMW AWEGI WA BHI IMPORT KE 10 LAKH MILA KE TO FER VOLKSWAGON NE TO APNA PLANT LA LIYA PANNE KIS DUNIA MEIN HAI?
