    oh my God!........u r so skinny.....to gain weight u only have to eat, eat n eat as much as u can.......have u seen how a cow's jaws r always engaged in chewing....same way u have to be :D

    as now its winter....go for Goond ke ladoo(with lots of dry fruits), gajar ka halwa (acche se dhoodh aur ghee mein bana hona chahiye) after every meal. Bahar ka meetha khaaoge to bulging tummy milegi. Issliye better to prepare some common sweets at home only which every Jat mother/sister/wife can do.

Er je gym nahi jana chawe to dand pelni suru kar de. ek-do dumble ger le ghar ne. dole-shole bnaan me kaam aavenge. er ghee ki bhi gheesni si baandh de bhai (ghna to khaiye na kade pet pakde haande :D ). Mota hon ka to yu e ilaj se bhai

    Er dekhiye kade fer ghana mota ho jya. fer patla hon ka nuskha mat bujhiye :D

    dekhiye kade isse dast lage ki jeetana hai usate bhi janda rahve
    ajeet bhai aali baat theek hai

    Neelam, Yes these are the best things to take, but the health will progress only if these things are taken in controlled manner.
    Er je yu neeraj nyu sun sun ke ki ghee khaye te aadmi mota ho jaya kare er ek katora ghee ka pee gya to????
