    1-2 din mein to tu mota hove kona
    baki 3-4 months mein farak laag ja ga
    goli na khave but protein powder le ar halka gym start kar de
    1 month ke baad creatin start kar de ar gym maar dab ke within 6 months u will find result
    baki kuch aur chahiye to pooch liye bata dooga
    ar sabte badi baat chotte bhai ya hai ki protein ar creatin ka koi side effect bhi na hai
    creatin ka hai ar woh bhi thodi body stiffness
    otherwise aisa koi known side effect na hai
    exercise n regular diet and free time, sleep as much as u can and see the results
    Oh sweet fancy ! let her loose
    everyhting is spoilt by use

    Ha ha ha ha.. bhai badam ne raat ne bhe de pani me. tadke kha le. wo thandak karya kare. badaam ki taaseer badal jaya kare pani me behe te. Er je sukhe darde jaga to khaaj to pakam lagegi :D

    Absolutely right! Kisi mein mix karke khaayenge to bhi kharaab nahin karte. Like adding it in halwa, kheer, few vegetables, etc. Akele khaane hon to jst dip them for one night, peel off n eat. Inka paste banake, bura (diff. from khaand) aur ghee ke saath mila ke bhi kha sakte ho.....its healthy for brain.

    Ghee khao lekin limit mein, nahin khaoge to budhape mein joints jawab de jaayenge. Aur jat hoke in sab desi cheezon se door bhaagte ho. Sabse jyada to hum logon ko khaane ki adat hoti hai. 10-20 kgs ek hi baari mein chala jata hai (depending upon the family size)...pata bhi nahin chalta.....and that too brought from village only, no market purchase.....jisne bachpan se hi kam khaya hai usko dikkat ho sakti hai loose motions ki......but fir bhi one can try.

    Bhai neeraj dekh ib tane ghane sare nuskhe mil ge hai mota hon ke. "ande" kha sakta ho to ande bhi kha liya kar ubaal ke, er je tadke kache ande ne dudh me ghaal ke pee sake to or bhi badhiya se. Take high protein diet, er roj nappa mat laiye ak aaj kitna mota ho gya :D mhine sare me farak laagna suru hovega, er jee na chodiye xercise kare jaiye dba ke, er diet le daba ke. appe mota ho jaga, er 2-3 mhine pache aade JL pe apni fotu jarur chipka diye mota hoye piche(je ho jya te :D )

    To gain weight first of all improve your digestive system,do bhujang asan many times and surya namaskar also it increases digestion.Start eating lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet,avoid ghee as it is heavy and not easily digestible and eat butter instead.Also make churan of harad and take it after breakfast and before slipping it will increase your digestion.

    Makha ek gyan aur rakhiye , tikdan par jor na diye,tikad dhusega tu jheed (stomach)likdega,weight kona bhade,samjya!!!
    arre! iisa tu ni tu ghane tikad dhuse hai aur tadki tu bathroom ka naas thade hai aur sab kim khaya piya nu hi likad ja hai tera! :rock

    ye t bhai un up alee hakimaa jisee h nari add add den ke h weight t badey nahi pisee nare khsot le ge akhir m aana tane merye dhore pade ga ghee 20 ka 15 kg ker deya h bata kad awee ga bhai n station p len awun ga r agliye gaadi m tayar ker ke betha du ga bhai ka pet nahi kaad deya t mera naam bhi fufa fullsingh nahi ( ek baar sewa ka moka avase de )

    bhai maine 1 month hoga gym maarte

    ar bhai gym maar ke mein badam na dudh mein pees ke peen lag ra hun

    poori deyi mein cut pad ke par weight nahi bada.....maine suni thi powder khaye te namardi aa ja se..?

    bhai ye sab suplements hove hai
    they did nothing to ur sexuality
    sare athlete drugs tak lete hain
    bina drugs ke player na bana jata
    ar sare bodybuilder
    they(drugs) can affect to ur heart n lungs but they increase ur sex power
    but suplements did nothing but they giv u complete diet
