Proper food, mainly protien n carbs. Eat right n eat on time, work out atleast 4 days a week. A gradual process always lasts for long, so my advise is to take your time and gain weight n muscles.

एक पुराना, बासी सौदा ओबरे (Archives) में से निकाल कर बाहर निकालकर रख ही दिया आपने! वैसे यह छोरा (neerajmann) जनवरी 2010 के बाद जाटलैंड पर आया ही नहीं, और न ही आपकी पोस्ट पढ़ेगा। (रवीन्द्रजीत ने लिख ही दिया है ऊपर -जिह ताहि सलाह देवे स वो ते मर लिया होगा इब्ब ताहि सूख के !!)
आपकी रसोई (ref. your old thread - Sweet Dish-Dessert Recipe.....) में कुछ चटपटे, मसालेदार, छ्योंक लगाकर खाने वाले कुछ व्यंजन नहीं हैं क्या - जिनको खाकर इस छोरे के कुछ muscles मजबूत होकर, इसके शरीर का थोड़ा बोझ ज्यादा हो जाये। हों तो एक पैकट में पैक कर के, उसका पार्सल बना कर by post भिजवा दो (क्योंकि यहां पर लिखी पोस्ट तो उसके लिए बेकार है!)
