    Jitender bhaisaab were you present at that mahasammelan? If yes, then i would like to get few answers from you.
    I would say again that killing is not the solution. Educating youth by parents and relatives is a must rather.

    3. सीमा लगते हुए गांवों में भी शादियां नहीं की जाएंगी।

    Please elaborate on this point. ek gaam ki seem dusre gaam me er dusre ki teesre gaam me laage hai. nyu to byah hove e koni kise ka.

    4. मनोज-बबली हत्याकांड में 10-10 रुपये इकट्ठा कर फांसी की सजा प्राप्त पांच लोगों का केस हाईकोर्ट में लड़ा जाएगा।

    Ke baat voluntarily pise koni diye ke koe se ne? Jma nistar ge ye to. Je koe se khaap ka neta 5-10 laakh bol de hai sammelan me court case laden tai to acha political mileage mil jata. Er ke bera aagle chunaav me jeet bhi jata.

    5. मंदिर और कोर्ट शादी में गवाह के रूप में दोनों पक्षों के माता-पिता, गांव के नंबरदार, सरपंच होने चाहिए। यदि इनके अलावा कोई गवाह होता है तो यह शादी मान्य नहीं होगी।

    Sirf ninda?? jo unke against bol rha hai wo jatt samaj ki sabhyata nahi jante unke according. uski to honor killing karni hi chaiye. aade gadbad karge thodi si. ya is "ninda" shabd ka abhipray wahi hai?

    Sahi se. Mhari tax bhar ke kad toot le se, er ye andolan karke bus, rail me aag laa denge.Fer sarkar tax badha degi, fer mhari or kad toot jagi. Inke ghar te kime na jave.
    Pichli bar jo andolan hua tha "jat reservation" ke liye usme kitni safaalta mili? Er je ibke andolan hovega to paakka rola machega.

    99.99% Jat population don't marry within same gotra or mother's gotra by their own will and happpiness. Then why we need to make law for this ?

    Khaps are already loosing their significance and penetration among the Jat population by imposing some disgusting and stupid decision. Court should plan to ban such panchayats.

    Is marriage issue is the only social issue ? These panchayat naver made any headline by putting up their efforts to eradicate any social sickness among the mass. There are so many other important issues but that hardly reward them with such a limelight.


    Overall i agree with just half of the first point ONLY.

    Nicely put and rightly criticized all the hilarious points made by khap. Jat living in western UP, or anywhere in towns and cities are completely unaware of Khaps, including myself. To people like me it is totally an insignificant association. स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहूँ तो, उन्होंने अपना सम्पूर्ण गंवारपना दिखाया है इन बारह तर्कों में. गंवारपना का पढ़ाई से कोई मतलब नही, सोच से मतलब है.

    Talking about the first point, I think that there are some Hindu castes which completely agree and infact promote same gotra marriage. So, dont you think that they will protest against such amendments? Or is this amendment gonna be only for Jats, which will open a new pandora box for the potential amendments from all the communities.

    जब मैं छोटा था मेरी दादी मुझे एक बात सिखाती थी दूध की रेस्पेक्ट करो ! उन्होंने धीरे धीरे मेरे subconcious mind में ये बात बिठा दी थी !
    अब मैंने काफी दुनिया देख ली है बहुत टाइप के लोगों से भी मिल चूका हूँ लेकिन मैंने आजतक कोई भी ऐसा बन्दा नहीं देखा जिसकी दादी ने या मम्मी ने उसे ऐसा कुछ बोला हो ! ये सिर्फ एक उदहारण है , सिर्फ एक बात है !
    moral of the story is that , that हम लोगों (jat people ) का culture अलग है , हमारे विचार अलग हैं even हमारी body बाकि हिन्दुओं से अलग है (i am just saying we r different best and better is another topic )

    Firstly, any of those points don't make sense.

    Competitive intolerence is not the way to go. What kind of argument is this? - Muslims have their stupid uncivilized marriage law ... we want ours. Don't try to scrape the bottom of the barrel like Muslims do - you should try to better yourself not go in the opposite direction.

    I am not a fan of constitution of India there is lot of scope for improvement - but here are the fundamenatl rights:

    1) The right to equality
    2)The right to freedom of speech and expression
    3)The right to freedom from exploitation
    4)The right to freedom of religion
    5)Cultural and educational rights
    6)The right to constitutional remedies
    7)The right to education

    The 12 Khap points violate the first 4 fundamental rights away without even looking twice.

    These kind of demands are usually brought up in banana republics like India ... with illiterates, khaps, Muslim fundies - and alll sorts of assorted idiots - they are all the same .... same annoying, illiterate, uncivilized pricks.

    All points are useless. Points 1, 2, and 3 are anyway already followed by all jats. Uske liye khaap kyu pareshaan ho rahi hai. Yahan maamla same gotra mei shaadi ka hai hi nahi, kyunki jo pyaar mei andhe hote hai, woh kuch nahi dekhte, woh phir bhi ghar se bhag kar aisa kaam karenge hi. Khap ko un par jyada dhyan nahi dena chahiye.

    Have you heard of any incident jisme same gotra mei shaadi karne wale wapis same village mei aakar reh rahe ho????

    If not then what is all this fuss about?

    Jo mudda hai woh khap dwara diye gaye talibani faislon ka hai. Us par khap ko baith kar kuch brainstorming karni chahiye or dekhna chahiye ki aage se koi khap aise faisle na sunaye jis se khap or jaat biraadri ki badnaami ho.

    Point No. 5 : Its that any two persons belonging to boy's village have to be present.

    I have come across several cases about ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR of DELHI being highly involved in so called love-marriages.

    There is an under-current especially in city for JAT boys, who are of marriageable age, by other communities trying to woo them. Their phone / email ids are being shared on thru boy's so called friends.

    This trend is more observed for boys coming from well to do families & or / well settled.

    Sorry everyone I know it’s a stupid question but still wanted to ask . Just wanted to clarify--

    Mainly Regarding point 1, 2 and 3 (In reference to Haryana only, I know in Rajasthan marriage in same village is OK)

    Are these rules or proposals only for the villages? Doesn’t they apply to people living in cities?

    Also one more thing people living in cities marry their next door neighbour provided their parents are from diff village and have diff gotras ( I mean all 3 diff gotras)

    So what if Ram( parents from Village A (Main Gotra A) though settled in City) living in a city wants to marry Sita(parents from village B (Main Gotra B) though settled in City) and A and B ki Seema bidhe he. No gotra mismatch.

    Can they marry as per the rules or Are they incest :D? .

    Also would you answer change if Ram's ancestors were immigrants in Village A and are living in Dhani since the last 3-4 generation but the Gotra of sita which is B has a bhaichara to the gotra of the A gotras in Village A. But Ram has a different gotra say G. Seema bidhe he in this case too

    One very good example of this is here on this site only (will not be able to disclose the names for obvious reasons). Both of them are from neighbouring villages near rohtak (Seem lagey sein). Girl is born and brought up in city. They didn't knew each other till their Masters. In masters they come close to each other and now they are happily married for the last 8-9 years. I only can say that their present life as husband and wife is examplary. No jhagda, mutual respect for each other, sacrifice for each other and even helping a lot their fellow members of families to improve.

    And am sure some of us would be helped by them here on this site itself in some way or the other.

    One question taken from liberals (Those who follow all 12 points please answer - LOGICALLY)

    Samchana village between Sampla and Kharkhoda (a bit sidewise) contains many gotra's. In a panchayat held few years back they did took a decision not to follow the KHEDA GOTRA RULE. THEY ARE ALSO DESHWALI JATS.

    Now anybody from this village of any gotra can marry in other gotra may that gotra reside in Samchana village too.

    Why such exemptions?
    What were the reasons for the same?

    Pahele Nani ka gotra chodte they 1960 ke lagbhag hui ek panchayat mein wo Tyag diya gaya. Kyon?

    Kya isse humne apni ParamPara ko nahi Toda?
    Aur Agar toda to uske liye kya SITUATION hona jarrori hai?

    Means aage aane wale time mein hum jo bachi hui cheejen hein jaise Dadi ka gotra usko bhi chodne Wale hein?
    Agar ye hoga to uske liye kiss cheej ya environment ki jarorat hai?

    If the problems faced during match making was the one most probable reason for the decision taken to leave Nani's gotra then Isn't this sufficient to relax rules for

    a) Seem ke Gaam mein Shadi
    b) Khede ke gotra mein Shadi

    If not then why?

    First of all I must accept the fact that jats talk more, do less, talk illogically, niether come prepared nor listen to any body while they are in such getherings, the so called mahapanchayat has proved beyond any doubt. I am sure the outcome of these decisions will be nil. Niether it was organised/conducted properly nor correct/suitable decisions were taken. some brothers have talked that it concerns only Haryana, I think, marriage in self & mothers gotras is not allowed in any jat family of any part of the nation, I agree on this portion only. Brothers, khap panchayats are not useless, criminal, outdated as some of us consider, we already discussed at length earlier, but I must accept that mahapanchayat in question & such decisions will certainly go against in all respect & questions the continuety of the age old good system. I am mahasavak (perdhan) of our kharb gotra, we have also faced such situations in past, we have also taken decisions, implemented & there was no objection from media/administration or judiciary. Niether I was called nor I would have agreed on all above decisions accept no marriage in self &mothers gotra. Even if the problem is existing in one state, the act can be amended for that state & if we can get the tradition of not marring in two gotras, recognised by the executive & judiciary the amendment in the act is not required because there already a provision in the act, which I pointedout in one of such jat gethering at maharaja surejmal institute where justice Tevitiyaji & many advocates were present. to cut short the panchayat was realy a bad show & harmful for the community.

    १०० % सहमत हूँ इस बात से की ये खापों/पंचायतों को जो काम करने चाहिए, वो तो करते नहीं, बेफाल्तू की बकवाद कितनी करवा लो. किस्सी ने पहेले भी लिखा था, की पढ़ाई खात्तर, या ढंके काम खात्तर तो कभी पीसे खट्टे करे नहीं. अपनी बिरादरी में कातिलों को भड़ावा देने के लिए पीसे माँगते फिरेंगे. जाटों की सबसे ज़्यादा बेईज्ज़ती तो ये खाप के चौधरी करवा रहे हैं.

    ये शादी, ब्याह, गोत्र, भाईचारे से एक कहावत याद आ गयी. कहाँ की ईंट कहाँ का रोड़ा, भानमति ने कुंभा जोड़ा..

    जिनते गांव के चौधरी यहाँ पर है, उनसे एक बात तो में भी पूचना चाहता हूँ. जाटों का क्या तब नाम खराब नहीं होता, जब खेतों में चमारियों के पीछे लार टपकाते फिरें हैं? उन् लोगों को तो कोई कुछ नहीं केहता की जाटों की नाक कटा दी.. उसमें बड़ी शान है क्या? और ज़्यादातर शादी शुदा और बच्चों वालें चौधरी ही होतें हैं.

    और ये भी सबने पता है की एक गाम में और पड़ोस के गाम में कितना भाईचारा और कितनी दुश्मनी होती है?

    All the points are dumb...dumber...dumbest in order of course. I always had this notion that we are most hypocrite society( After Muslim's and few African's) but this manifesto made it official.
    If we have to socially boycott anybody/any act, do we need amendment for that in law? and when people are talking about gay marriages these people must be nuts to have laws to filter marriages. This is high time that some educated people in state ministry to ignore the lure of rural vote bank for once and exterminate these pseudo intellectual jat jihadis from political map of India.

    10. आंदोलन के दौरान राज्य अथवा दिल्ली में कहीं भी कोई नुकसान होता है तो सरकार की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
    11. जिला स्तर पर 36 बिरादरी की कमेटी गठित की जाए।
    12. जिला बार एसोसिएशनों से सामाजिक मुद्दों पर संघर्ष में सहयोग लिया जाए।
