    Hello Sitaram Ji,
    Please follow these steps:
In Internet Explorer Go to Tools -> Compatibility View Settings --> Choose Display all websites in Compatibility View. After this go to the page that you are getting this error and then tools--> Compatibility View it will open the page properly.

This remedy was given by one of my friend. Thanks to him.

    1. Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools → Manage Add-ons.

    3. Select Search Providers. Then select Web Search and click Disable suggestions to disable it.
    4. Go to Tools → Internet Options. Select General tab and click Use default button or enter your own website.Click OK to save the changes.
