How to send thousands emails per day?

    Hello

I have to send daily newsletter to 200 subscribers till date. And I send daily thousands of emails for advertising purpose, through my website.
But the server people(where my website is hosted) said that you can't do emails to more than 250 recipients in an hour.

My requirement is to send 10000 emails(approximately) per day.

Actually I am running a website for bankers. And i need to advertise my products through email.

Does anybody know that how could i make this happen to send large no. of emails without fell in Spam criteria.

I am trying to establish my own email server. I have installed windows server 2008 and asked for Static I.P. to my I.S.P.
I'll get that I.P. in next 2 days. But i have no idea how to setup an email server. I am just trying.

Can anybody help me to sort out this issue? Should i go for setup an e-mail server or buy e-mail marketing soft wares, available in market?

    Please guide me...

    Thank you

you can use i_macros..........for this you must have the knowledge of scripting language.
in my company we create thousands of PPC accounts in Google Adwords in a single day.........but be careful sometimes Google will put your IP address in black list.
