    HUm ne bhi ek be Bangalore mein gudd ka choorma banaaya tha.... Jitu Hooda bhai gudd er ghee lyaaya tha Rohtak tein.... ek bade se kadhaayiye mein ger ke pichkaariyaan aala choorma ghottya thaa... ha ha ha ha ha ...

    Bhai, BLR mein reh ke bhi halwe ke suwaad nyaare e aamte honge....

    Haan Gajar Santariya rang ki sein BLR mein.......Niri Sambhar mein geran ki........... er hadey bhi us e color ki milein sein.... dekhan ka bhi naa jee karta unn ne..................

    Bhaeyon ne Ram Ram, Jatta ki rasoi ki sun lo baat. Ek Tau train me baitha jan lag raa tha choorme ka pind chadar ke kunne me bandha rakha tha. Ek Sardar ka chhora bolya oye Tau kitthe pind se. Tau ne sochcha es chhore ne choorme ka pind dekh liya se aur ebbe ese khana chahwe. Sardar ka chhora dubara puchhan lagya Tau kitthe pind se. Tau ne chadar ke kunne se choorme ka pind kholke bolya le marle ye choorma pind se.

    Mattur panneer ki sabzi

    ingredient :-
    mattur- 100gm
    panneer- 100gm
    peesi hui pyaj -4 chamch
    peesi hui lahsun aur adrak - 1 chamch
    peesi hue tamatur -4 chamch
    hari mirchi- 2
    oil- 2 chamch
    zeera- 1/2 chamch
    peesi hui laal mirchi- 1/2 chamch
    garam masala - 1/2 chamch
    haldi powder - 1/2 chamch
    dhaniya powder -1 chamch
    kata hua barik hara dhaniya - 1 chamch
    namak - swad anusar

    method

    sabse pahle cooker me thoda oil dale...jab oil garm ho jaye tab usme zeera dal ka bhune......jab zeera bhun jaye usme peesi hui pyaj dal kar thoda bhune or phir usme peesi hui adrak lahsun or barik kati hu hari mirchi dale....jab pyaj sunhri bhuri ho jaye usme pise hue tamatar aur namak dal kar pakaye.....phir haldi,peesi hui laal mirch, dhaniya powder, garam masal dal kar pakaye.... jab masale achi tahra pakk jaye usme kata hua paneer dale(chahe to paneer ko pahle thoda sa tal kar bhi dal sakte hai).... or halke hath se hilate hue thoda sa masalo me paneer ko pakaye....phir usme mattur or thoda sa pani dal kar cooker ko band karde..... or 3 se 4 seeti ane tak pakye....cooker kholne ke bad upar se thoda sa garm masal or hara dhaniya dale.....

    chahe to isse rice ke sath ya phir roti ke sath khaye

    भाई चूरमे आली रेसिपी तो आली| लीले ने चेपी थी थोड़े दिन पहलम आर फेर राणाजी ने भी चेपी थी वा एक तागे में | "चूरमा आवर लोस्ट हेरिटेज" करके से वो तागा|
    आर हलवे की तो रितुजी ने चेप इ राखी से इस तागे में |

    इब न्युकर भाई कासे, तावला सा लुंगी संगवा ले आर बना दे चूरमा| न्यू रोज-रोज याद दुवावेगा तो खुवाना भी पड़ेगा !!

    the above pic you are seeing has cooked with the same method and 4 whistle....paneer dalne ke bad karchi se sabzi ko agar dhire dhire halke hath se hilayege to wo bhurji nahi banegi....

    Ingredient :-
    besan- 1 katori
    bura ya phir khand- 1 katori
    ghee- 1 katori
    ilaychi powder- 1/2 chhota chamch

    Method :-

    sabse pahle khadhayi me besan aur ghee mila kar bhune... bhunte samay gas ko halka rakhe nahi to besan theek se pakne ki jagh jal jayega.... besan ko tab tak bhunna hai jab tak usse khushbu naa ane lage..... uske bad besan ko ek thali me nikal le or thoda thanda hone ke liye chhod de....issi bich khadayi me bura ya khand, 4 chamch pani, ilaychi powder dal kar ek chasni si banaye.... phir isse besan wali thali me dal kar achi tahra milaye.... or thode garm garm me hi ladduo ko bandh le....kyoki thanda hone ke bad ladduo ko bandhna muskil hota hai.....

    ye ladduo kam se kam 1 month tak kharab nahi hote hai agar inhe kisi sukhe jagh par rkha jaye


    aaj kal ganesh utsav chal rahe hai aisse me ek laddu ganesh ji ko bhi bhog lagye
