Ingredient :-
maida - 1 katori
ghee (dalda ya phir desi ) - 1/2 katori
chini - 1katori
mitha soda- 1/4 chamch
namak - 1/4 chamch
tel - talne ke liye
Method
sabse pahle maida, mitha soda,ghee,ek chamach chini , namak dal kar sabko ache se mile le. jab sab chize ache se mil jaye tab isme pani dal kar tight sa atta guth le. iss atte ko 10-15 min ke liye rakh de or phir iski goll goll loyi si bana le. iske bad ek kadhayi me talne ke liye tel dalkar garm kare or phir in goll goll loiyo ko dhimi anch par ache se pakka le. ab ek dusri khadayi me chini or 3 -4 chamch pani ka dal kar ek gadhi si chasni bana le jab chasni ban jaye issme talli hui maide ki golliyo ko dal kar halke halke hath se hilaye or ache se chasni me alat palat kar lapet le. aur phir thodi der ke liye isse aise hi chhod de badme jab chasni thndi ho jaye in ballu sahi ko palat me nikal le . tayar hai ballu shahi

maida, mitha soda,ghee,ek chamach chini,namak dalkar milane ke bad ghee kam to nahi hai check karne ke liye iss mishran ko hatheli me dabaye agar ye ikkatha ho jata hai to matlab ghee pura hai nahi to thoda aur ghee dal le aur phir badme iska atta gunthe.
