i have seen many students in our jaats who doesnt want to go to south india or ny other place den der hometown for higher studies.
dont u think this ideology effect us???
bcoz after choosing dis path,de get admission in normal colleges by which de dont get proper education,proper exposure to outside world n most important lack of good companies to choose from.
wat du u all say abt dis???????
Education is also there but it would be more apt if you say hindernace to better career.
Cross culture experiecnce is a learing in itself, people should come out of "Area of comfort".
I work in kochi, here career opportunities are better but still I too want to go back home. So it is general tendency which should not be case.
People should change this attitude.

Students should be open to go to any place to pursue a good education ensuing a better career. Parents should also encourage their children to join a better college/institute irrespective of the location.

i hv two opinion abt it...i hv been studying in south india(hyderabad) from last 7years...nd found that education is better in south india than north india...nd also cereer oppt..thts y very few ppl from south india migrate to north india..nd opposite to this u can find many north indians settled in south india to get good edu nd career...
second, i think north indian ppls r little scared to leave other places coz of lack of exposure, nd smtime unexplained reasons..
if thay want to get good education nd exposure,they hv to get out of their nest nd fly...

some time parents dont allow der child to go to a far place for study........
my sister got admission in du n i had to argue wid my parents to send her to du for her course...........which de did after sumtime.........
a gal got admission in hindu coll in delhi in chem hons but was readmitted to a eng coll after a month bcoz she was tired of daily travelling n her father didnt allow her to stay in pg or hostel in delhi
some people took admission in local universities for mba or llb bcoz de wer nt allowd to go out of haryana/delhi region
so hu will hav to make these parents aware of all gud points????

people r more in no from south(hu hav shifted wid der families) in north den vice versa........
single people can be der.....for education or job but de r also(mostly) trying to get a job in NCR region
some of my frns had left der job when de wer posted in south bcoz of one region...........

क्यूंकि काफी घरो में हम ही फर्स्ट generation है जो व्यावसायिक पढाई में घुस रही है... नहीं तो हमारा पेशा सदा से ही फ़ौज, पुलिस, खेती बाड़ी वाले व्यवसाय से रहा है... जिसमे अभिभावकों को दुसरे आप्शन की वर्षों से ही अनभिज्ञता रही है.....
आगे चलके वक़्त बदलेगा और स्वाभाविक सी बात है की हम से आगे की generation को पढाई लिखाई को सही दिशा देने के लिए हम एक जागरूक अभिभावक साबित होंगे

Education standards are same everywhere so we can't just say it is better only in South.
Adaptability is one thing on which all need to work.
Somebody said food thing, that is not a big problem now a days.
You get all types of food almost in all places.

lakin kuch students ke parents doctor hai ya enginner hai......phir bhi wo apne bacho ko bahar janne se rok rahe hai??????
kuch log aise hai jo service karne bahar jate hai per wo bhi apne bacho ko bahar janne se rokte hai...........

मेरी समझ में ऐसे बोहत कम ही वाक्यात होंगे ..मेरे एक प्रोफेसर अक्सर कहा करते थे... exceptions are not examples.
.. बेशक जिसे एक बार ऊपर लिखी बात समझ में आ गयी वो ऐसी गलती कम ही करना चाहेंगे...
उन चुनिन्दा केसों को में बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण ही कहूँगा .. की उनके बहार निकलने के बावजूद भी उनकी सोच संकीर्ण ही रह गयी...

Bhai ek kam kar IITs , IIMs, NITs etc etc ki list tyar kar aur check kar kya ratio h North, west, east, south....if you find huge difference to btana bhai...i wud love to know ohk
Agar north se matlab rohtak,hisar,sonipat aur delhi se hai to bhai me galat hun aur aap sahi hai....

this shows tat there is a prob of food.... its very much possible even if floor is nt available bcoz den u can carry a 50 kg bag(katta) of floor with u while going der but hwz it possible for a student who's in hostel ???? i kno,to gain sumthing u will hav to adjust no mattter wat the conditions are but wat i m tlking abt is how easily that adjustment comes except northindia rice is a major part of meal everywhere........so for them that adjustment is really very easy but for north indian thats a struggle in itself
i dont hav tat data.........if u hav den send it to me ,i will compile it.......... but by saying dis u hav indirectly agreed tat education standards are nt same everywhere........ n north is nt limited to rohtak,hisar sonipat or delhi........but yeah here i m tlkin abt dis belt only..........or u can say region around delhi............. i have frns from all over india.........but i didnt saw this much reluctance anywhere else............ all other places people are ready to go nywhere to gain sumthing..........but here parents will keep breast feeding der child n after all when tat child is nt worth nything this de will say ki"-naas kar idya tne te mahra" in education south india is far ahead of north india even if v remove all big names from the list but in the end all things ends with parents decision no matter how educated de are,many r nt in mood to send der child away.........
