स्वामी जी समझाते-समझाते चले गए की अपनी सांस्कृतिक भाषाओँ की क़द्र करो... पर अफ़सोस हैं की ऐसा हो न सका, और ना ही आज भी कुछ ख़ास उपाय किये जा रहे हैं ! फ़िलहाल Good Life के लिए तो ज़रूरी नहीं, पर Career के लिए भारत (INDIA) देश में तो English दिन-प्रतिदिन आवश्यक होती जा रही हैं. जो हरियाणवी नामक बोली मैं बोलता हूँ, उसके मेरे देश और प्रान्त में दिन-प्रतिदिन हो रहे दमन से मुझे तो बहुत दुःख पहुँच रहा हैं.

The national language issue remains a live wire in the country and the supporters of Hindi and other vernacular languages feel cheated by the fact that English even today not only remains to be bracketed with Hindi as one of the National Language but also has flourished as a language of trade and commerce across various continents. Hindi continues to shrink even in India. Hence ungrudging one has to learn English.

Learning any new language is not a problem but implementing this language superior is BAD. And it is becuse of people who are in Power and not giving chance to literate people who can do develoment in our language without this we will be begger and fully dependent of english countries and their development. We need to do development in our language like Japn,China, Germany are doing than only we will ahead of other countries.With English day by day we will be in more trouble and our own things will vanish not immediately but definetly.Some good literate people should come forward and support our language and people who are interested in doing develoment. English learned person has some blockage in their mind and always he will work in bondation.

Further, should we go on alleging government for everything and avoid accepting the reality that it was on the persistent opposition of several representatives in the constituent Assembly drawn from different parts of India, the Govt was forced to accept English and Hindi as joint national languages initially for ten years starting from 26th January, 1950. we, the people of India, have not been able to arrive at a unanimous decision on the national language issue and hence have failed to demand for implementation of revised policy to the Government. We must refrain from raising language issue adding it as another divisive element in the list of so many problems being faced by our nation.
Moreover there is no dearth of means of spreading the use of Hindi including Hindi Cinema and Hindi Journalism and other means of media. Hindi is silently but steadily making inroads in the national life on expected lines.
Could we not contribute in this mission by accepting use of Hindi at least as means of communication.

Meri Samjh main ek baat nahin aayi ki is site ka naam JATLAND hai matlab Jaaton Ki site. Agar yahan ki posts ka average nikala jaye to agar main galat nahin hoon to 95% posts english main hongi. Yahan koi aisa jaat hai jisko english aati ho aur hindi na aatai ho. Matlab 100% members hindi jaante hue bhi yahan 95% posts english main hai. Ab english ki bimari ki maar dekh lo. Yahan achi english likne se kisi ko achi job milne se rahi. Editor shahiba ko hi dekh lo, english main daant maar rahi hai kyonki is se kaafi dabav banega bas sirf is liye.
Rahi baat english ki agar moti kamai aali nakri chaye to english sikho nahin to ghar ka gujara chalane ke liye hindi ke saath bhi naukari mil sakte hai. Ab yeh depend karta hai bande ke upar usko kaya chaiye...

हमें दास मानसिकता से बाहर निकले की आवश्यकता है. इस दास मानसिकता के कारण हमारा सदियों तक शोषण हुआ और आज भी हो रहा है. हम "सफ़ेद चमड़ी सिंड्रोम" से ग्रस्त है, उनकी संस्कृति, परिधान, खान-पान, भाषा को हम सर्वोतम्म समझते है. मुझे अंग्रेजी मजबूरन पढ़नी पड़ी, नहीं तो 10वी पास नहीं हो सकता था. आजतक मुझे इसका कोई फायदा नहीं दीखता , मै नहीं मानता इसका एक आम आदमी के जीवन मै कोई उपयोग है.
मै इस बात से सहमत नहीं हूँ किसी भी भाषा का ज्ञान व्यार्थ नहीं जाता. सीखने के लिए संसार मै बहुत कुछ है और जीवन बहुत छोटा. देश को अपनी प्रथमिकताये निश्चित करने की जरूरत. जिसको क्षेत्र विशेष में रोज़गार के लिए अंग्रेजी की आवश्यकता पड़ती, है तो वो बाद भी सीख सकता है, लेकिन हर विधार्थी को जबरदस्ती अंग्रेजी पढ़ाना सरासर अनुचित है.
जितना समय विद्यार्थी अंग्रेजी सिखाने मै व्यार्थ करता है, उसके स्थान पर क्षेत्रीय भाषाए, स्वाथ्य (cpr), पशुपालन, कृषि, चित्रकारी, संगीत, खेल, रोज़मर्रा की जिन्दगी में काम आने वाले उपकरणों की मरम्मत, इत्यादि सिखाया जाये तो समाज के लिए ज्यादा हितकारी होगा.

कई दिन होगे अंग्रेजी की चूड़ी सी मरोड़ क तोड़ राखी स इस तागे म !
अंग्रेजी समझना , अंग्रेजी आना , अंग्रेजी लिखना तथा अंग्रेजी बोलना एक दम अलग अलग पहलु हैं ! बहुत से लोग केवल अच्छा समझाते है किन्तु समय आने पर बोल नहीं पाते | बहुत से लोग अच्छा अंग्रेजी बोलते है किन्तु लिखने में गड़बड़ हो जाती है | चूँकि वर्तमान में पुरे विश्व में केवल अंग्रेजी ही एक सर्वमान्य भाषा है , तो इसके जानने , बोलने ,समझने, लिखने के अपने फायदे हैं ताकि आप समय के साथ ताल से ताल मिला सके ! जो लोग अंग्रेजी भाषा ज्ञान में असक्षम में हैं , कुदरती तौर पर उनमे में कुछ असुरक्षा के चलते अंग्रेजी जानने वालो पर कटाक्ष करेंगे ! अंग्रेजी के जानने से न तो कोई बड़ा फन्ने खां बन जाता है और न ही न जानने वाला दीन-हीन ! ये पूर्णतया व्यक्तिगत है ! अंग्रेजी भाषा ज्ञान एक कौशल/ हुनर है आपके व्यवसायिक पेशे के लिए जिस से आप स्वयम को अंतर - राष्ट्रिय स्तर पर स्थापित करके अपने जीविका में सुधार कर सके ! मै नहीं मानता अंग्रेजी ज्ञान आपको आत्म विस्वास देता है | आत्म विस्वास पूर्णतया एक मानसिक अवस्था है , भाषा से इसका कुछ लेना देना नहीं है | किन्तु आपके तरकश में भाषा ज्ञान ही नहीं अपितु और भी कई आकर्षक तीर होने चाहिए |

Take it or leave it but you can't survive without English in today's world. I wonder why many people relate English with British people that much. Whatever history may tell but you got to accept that English is formal n' international language and you lag behind if you don't learn in today's global enviorment.
Earlier I used to think that people from countries like Germany, France, Japan treat English as secondary language and have poor knowledge of it. But I learned from my recent experiences that it's other way round, they're pretty good in it and real good .. far better than Indians; thou this is different thing they feel pride to use their mother language every other place, that's a great thing indeed. We should learn from them, Learn English and get good hold of it and use wherever required but never feel low to speak Hindi with your fellow countrymen and local offices.

I think in my View, english is not must for all but if u look the modern era english demand is very high for communication globally.
Yes off course English is required for your job and career, in every field in English is must if you want to have a good job and salary. The Indian education system too is working towards it by introducing Xseed program at school level itself and teaches the management new experiential learning techniques so that child learns better as his/her education is the mode for his/her career
