We have been a little light on the moderation side recently so we decided to add one more moderator. Her name is Neetu Sharawat. She is based in Delhi and is a software pro. She has been a Jatland member for several years and has been off and on during the entire time.
Please join me in inviting Neetu in this new role and bear with us while she learns the nuances of the job.

I think on the basis of being a software professional. Technical qualification does not necessarily equip a person with social management and decision making power. But let's see how things work out. All the best to Neetu on her new title.

and there should be a specific time limit for the chosen moderator - say 2 months or so. After that fresh elections for a new moderator or the same moderator but through fresh elections.
