MSP(Minimum Support Price) न्यूनतम समर्थित मूल्य के निर्धारण में किसान की सहमति के बगैर किसी उत्पाद के दाम कैसे निर्धारित किए जा सकते हैं? क्या इसके निर्धारण में मंत्रालय की सिफ़ारिशें ही एकमात्र साधन है? और यदि यहीएकमात्र साधन है और इसके निर्धारण की अगर कोई कसौटी है तो वह कहाँ तक तर्कसंगत है? और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि क्या आप इस प्रणाली को सबसे बेहतर मानते हैं? क्या किसान के पास इसका कोई विकल्प है?

You started a Very nice thread Pradeep, Farming a most risky and long term investment include labor and totally dependent on weather conditions (Ram Bharose) and MSP is nothing but Joke with farmers.

If this sector is not dependent on weather conditions (RAM BHAROSE) and came out with high returns without much labor then this sector might have lot many other intruders for loot like insurance and assurence

What about food subsidy bill worth of 6 lakh crore rupees!! UPA government will try to pass this bill in the current parliamentary session. Its a Sonia Gandhi dream project. It was in the congress party manifesto before last election.
My concern is:
- how the demand will be met and what will be impact on farmers, MSP and eventually to the economy.
- any special measures to counter the black - market hoarders, undue benefit to the illegal migrants and smuggling across the borders in Nepal, Bangladesh etc.
