My point was that your statement has factual error. You have just counted number of Jats in SBC and claimed that to be the additional representation of Jats in overall. What we need to understand that these are not additional seats. These seats have reduced the number of seats available in open category. Jats have high percentage of medical students so quite obvious there would be some who would have missed admission. We need to factor that as well. I had gone through the list and there are lot of students whose surname or got isn't listed and there are some who has kumar/kumari so their caste cannot be identified. I personally believe that if we were included in OBC it would be better.
I do however agree that overall Jat students % is probably increased but not that much as you were saying. Unless we see the previous years trend we cannot say for sure.
