    Icon Url Activity Level System Upgraded

    The Activity Level system has been updated.

    Changes:
    New Awards and Achievements added - including for tagging, referrers etc
    Points are awarded for Likes (Receiving and Giving) - can be seen under points for posts
    Points are now awarded for Media Library - can be seen under points for user
    Points for various activities have been tweaked.
    The negative post point bug has (likely) been fixed.
    Points for wiki activity have been updated (under misc).
