    Press with thumb for 5 seconds & release for 3 seconds,

    Repeat for 2-3 minutes,

    If possible please share photographs of the exercise to make it more clear. I have done 'mudra' asanas and they are very good. I suppose what you have mentioned here pertains to some sort of acupuncture.

    Those who are starting yoga related exercises must have some expert personal guidance initially to do it in right proportion and method.
