Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer
Skills Required: Logically Sound, Fast Learner, Excellent Communication Skill in English
Experience: 0 YEARS
Work Location: Gurgaon
Joining: Immediate
Interview: Telephonic/Written Test/Face 2 Face
Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (Specialization - CS/IT/ECE/Electronics) - Minimum 60% in Highest Technical Qualification
JOB TYPE: Candidates training will be for a period of six months maximum. After six months training period, we will carry out a final review of candidate's performance and may continue as a trainee for further duration or offer suitable employment based on candidate's performance and project requirement at that time.


Freshers won't get much salary (only stipend somewhere around Rs.5000)

Interview would be based on data structure and C concepts, Trees,graphs, linked lists, arrays etc.

Yar i have mentioned my id over there and i have got 6-7 resumes, already sent two guys for interview, 1 selected.

These newcomers are not ready to listen.2-4 concept b yad nahi kar k ja sakte to koi b kuch nahi kar sakta.

Since your intentions are good, it does not look nice to pose counter questions because, people are rightly concerned as they read news about certain people falling prey to unscrupulous elements day in and day out these days. I fail to understand why are you so shy of sharing the requisite information.

Bhai jin-ne kuch aave hai wo nervous ho jaate honge.. Mostly ne kuch koni aata hota. College me aid marte haande ja se, padhaayi karen koni jaate. Jyaa e te kuch na aamta hota un-ne. Apni branch tak ke baare me kuch na bata paate, C/C++ to dur ki baat ho jya hai.

Ravinder ji jis b comapny k liye hum apply karte hain uske bare me hume pata hona chahiye. Yaha tak ki interview time me direct HR ye b puchta hai ki aapne humari website per visit kiya? humari services k bare me kitni info hai? isliye maine pucha ki comany name and exact location kya hai.

Main ni kehta ki aap resume ka misuse karoge,per jo b candidate apply karta h uski side se ye bahut he common question haota hai.

Agar aapko ye sabhi information provide karne me koi problem h to its ok.

I will show you that 8 out of 10 people I will interview, will not be knowing most of the very basic stuffs(eventhough their resumes will boast of SW development and all that blah blah). I have conducted lot of interviews and my thoughts are based on my experience.

I take your permission to suggest you something. If you are nearby to Rohtak, please go to Maturam Institute of Engineering and Management or any other engineering college. Exams are going on currently. Just see how many students are writing exams on their own. 70% ke pass parchi na mile to mujhe kahna. Nakal maar ke pass hone wala kuch nahi seekh sakta.

You might have been lucky to face intelligent people always during your interactions. Circumstances differ.

Aur VIVA sab face karte hai apne college time me. take that as interview only. But how many take it as interview? or should i ask, how many take that SERIUOSLY? Be practical.

bhai ya parchi to common si baat hai......JAT COLLEGE me ja kar dekh lo je parchi dekhni hain to.

Deepak bhai aaj k time me MCA, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA ye sab common ho gayi hain. Har college me ye courses hain. Pehle bot competition hota tha. seats b kam hoti thi. lekin ab sabki pata h ki in courses se kamayie jyda hai isliye jo b college kholta hai vo ye courses jaroor offer karta hai,sath he ab seats b jyda ho gayi hain plus management seat b ho gayi hai. is vajah se jo intelligent ni hote unka b admission ho jata hai,jo fir parchiyo k sahare degree le kar aa jate hain. fir yehi bande 5000-10000 me b job k liye ready ho jate hain jiski vajah se intelligent candidate jo 30,000-45,000 salary k liye eligible hain vo baithe k baithe reh jate hain ya unhe kam package per join karna padta hai.
