आधुनिक शिक्षा केवल रोजरोंमुखी हो कर रह गयी है. मानव संसाधन विकास के नाम पर, व्यक्तित्व विकास के नाम पर, ज्ञान के नाम पर केवल रोजगार सम्बन्धी जानकारी रहती हैं. और उसमे भी व्यवस्था अस्त-व्यस्त. यह सिक्षा सभ्यता, संस्कृति सिखाने में असफल है. इसने अपने सामाजिक परिवेश को तहस-नहस कर दिया है. युवक एक ही गाँव में विवाह कर रहे हैं! असभ्य, माँसाहारी, जंगली, अफीम, चरस के आदि हो रहे हैं. विश्व की श्रेष्ठ सभ्यता दम तोड़ रही है. शिक्षा सुख के नाम पर मात्र रोजगार दिलवाने का झांसा देती है, पर वाही धक् के तीन पात. या तो रोजगार मिलता नही और मिल भी जाए तो सुख क्या केवल रोजगार में है. सुख तो व्यवहार में होता है. और व्यवहार के विषय में शिक्षा मौन है. पारिवारिक व्यवहार, सामाजिक व्यवहार, राष्ट्रीय व्यवहार आदि आदि इसकी कोई जानकारी नही. बस पेट भरो और जीवन बसर करो और अंत में सफ़र करो!!!

समाज को उन्नत करने के लिए शिक्षा सबसे बड़ा साधन है और गिराने के लिए भी. अपना समाज उन्नत हो रहा है की गिरावट जारी है. खान-पान, रहन-सहन, आचार-विचार, आहार-विहार, भाषा-भूषा सब प्रदूषित हो रहे हैं! कहाँ है शिक्षा?????

क्या सभ्यता संस्कृति सिखाने हारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था की समाज को आवश्कता नही है???
क्या पंचायती शिक्षा व्यवस्था समय की मांग नही है???

अपने विचार अवश्य दें जिससे समाज को दिशा दी जा सके.
राष्ट्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास अति आवश्यक है और विकास जो चहुमुखी हो. केवल रोज्गारोपर्क नही, वे जन जो उत्तम खेती मद्धम बाण, कठिन नौकरी पर विश्वास करते थे! क्या कारन है आज मात्र नौकरी को उत्तम मानने लगे हैं?

Sir Shiksha kewal wahi nhi hai jo Schools me di jati hai...Ham kyn en sab upar likhi baton k liye sirf Institutions ka muh dekhta hai. Modern Formal education, education ki ek narrow meaning k sath hi operate karti hai.Wo kewal dominant discourses k sath hi talmell bana sakti hai (kitna talmel banati hai ye apne aap me bahas ka ek muda hai). Shiksha vacumm me kam nhi karti yah samjh k annay institutions jaise politics,economics,culture sab se prabhavit hoti hai....

AApKis tarah ki PAnchayati Shikhsha ki vyavstha ki mang kar rahe hai?????

Friend,
For making education professionally and vocationally viable, a number of institutions have come up over the years and are capable of providing the best possible education to the youth of the nation.
The New Education Policy 1986 and subsequently revised National Education Policy documents clearly highlight the need of input of moral and cultural aspects in the curriculum at various levels of school and college education and their recommendations have been included in the curriculum.

Truly inside school/college environment needs improvement but equally important is the outside environment which also influences the overall growth of the child. The need of improvement at both levels is the need of the hour because after 5/6 hours of the stay in school/college , the child acts and interacts in the surrounding environment provided by the parents too. Are we paying due attention towards this! please introspect.

Perhaps, you have some special model of 'Panchayat system of education' in mind. If so, kindly share details.

didn't got the concept of "Panchayat system of education"?? But open to listen, if somebody is there to explain.
But one thing is clear to me (was clear to me from last 10-12 years) that the education system we are having today is carrer oriented (and i dont think the education gives the surety of career development) and not the character. It dont think education plays a bit in development of character. It is the family values and the culture which plays a big role in character development.
Whenever I think about the education system, it reminds me the lecture of a great guy. I dont think i'll ever forget that day and that lecture. Will tell you about that lecture in future replies.

The concept of exclusive white colour jobs after completion of certain level of education, emerged with the introduction of the English pattern of University education in India around 1850's in India.

Inspite of various reforms and developments by and large the concept and ideal of getting education remains unchanged for majority of Indians. After getting merely degrees awarded, the candidates start knocking at the doors of the perspective job providers without having practical knowledge or skills. This presents peculiar situation for both the parties. Newly educated candidates feel cheated when they do not get desired employment and in frustration start to think that others are eating away their rightful claim of getting absorbed in lucrative jobs. The modern industrial and technology based organisations lament that our institutions of higher education are not producing man power suitable to meet the required standards. Hence this stalemate. Lots of openning available, less number of duly qualified employable youth; though insurmountable number of 'educated' candidates available.

Ideal blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills seems to be the only solution !
