Thanks for posting the job Vikrant.

In fact our community should try to take up as many govt. jobs as possible as our representation in govt. jobs (except for defense forces) is disappointingly low.

No job is small or big. The civil services aspirants can maybe join as an assistant in a govt. dept. and keep preparing for civil services side-by-side. In case they make it to the civil services, well and good. If not, they can rise up to gazetted ranks in their current jobs/departments by giving departmental exams. This is what the other communities do.

Our community more often than not loses in competitive exams when it comes to English language because even papers in maths and reasoning for most exams are in English language. We need to work hard on that aspect. To come up to the required standard is not impossible. I have personally seen members from other communities polishing their English language skills to very high standards. Let's get over with the culture - "Ke angrez paak rhya se" - We need to learn English - It's the need of the day as finally it all boils down to "PERFORM OR PERISH" and "SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT".

Their website is not in gov.in domain, is the first thing that creates doubt abt it being a govt job.

Since fee of Rs.100/= has been demanded in the name of ALL INDIA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION through BANK DEMAND DRAFT ONLY and applications have to be sent on certain POST BOX no. only [whom to address Registered applications, No address about the location of the company] are some of the irritating questions in this advertisement.

In addition to headed by a Jat, kindly highlight the portfolio and other relevant details about the company so that no accusing finger is raised against it.
