Friend you have posted it in the beginning of the thread as post 1 of your previous thread entitled BBC NEWS | Europe | Scythian mummy shown in Germany and presently you better know why it has been repeated at Sr 81 of the thread under reference.
Moreover, it would be good if you could throw some light on the basis of this information on history of Jats.
Thanks

Herodotus reveals that the Scythians as far back as the 5th century B.C. had political control over Central Asia and the northern subcontinent up to the river Ganges. Later Indo-Scythic clans and dynasties (e.g. Mauryas, Rajputs) extended their control to other tracts of the northern subcontinent. The largest Saka imperial dynasties of Sakasthan include the Satraps (204 BC to 78 AD), Kushanas (50 AD - 380), Virkas (420 AD - 640) while others like the Mauryas (324 - 232 BC) and Dharan-Guptas (320 AD - 515) expanded their empires towards the east.

Good elaboration of short arrows !
History is best when created, better when re-constructed and worst when invented.
We have talked so much about our common ancestors. We are all somehow related by clanish identity as most Jat clans have intermarried for hundreds of years and that is one of the reasons that we try not to marry in our closest clans.
The main question at this point is:
During the migration/wars/famines and other hard periods lot of such clans migrated to isolated places in the country and many of them are still leading a nomadic way of life. Many of such Jat clans might not be even aware of the their Jat identity.
What are "Jat organizations" doing for their settlement and continuation of clan attachment to close knit Jat clans already established in villages doing sustained agriculture.
I think there is a need to integrated these still nomadic and often deprived and isolated Jat clans and this can only be done through proper resources.
I have seen in old times, often people with resources used to open schools, hostels and other facilities for children. They also used to integrate them into village communities through marriages and work.

Recently an Amerikan soldier was released in Afghanistan.
His name is "Bowe Bergdahl" so his family name is "Bergdahl".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowe_Bergdahl
or
Bergdahl = Berg + Dahl,
"Berg" is a word of Germanic origin : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berg_(surname)
"Dahl" becomes the tribe of "Bowie Bergdahl"
The Jat family name "Dahiya" is also derived from the same root word "Dahl or Dahae" depending on the pronunciation.

Dahal (डहल) Jat clan is found in Multan. See - [wiki]A glossary of the Tribes and Castes of the Punjab and North-West Frontier Province By H.A. Rose Vol II/D[/wiki], p.219
Berg- (German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) means "mountain", "hill"
Dahl-, Dal- (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) means "valley"

These kind of processes must be propagated in city areas as well, where first generation educated, lower income group, first generation city movers, etc.'s children find themselves lost in the crowd of big ever expanding cities and many times, they get trapped by wrong society and people of their age.

at family name "Bana", is one example of "they called themselves Skudat ('archers'?)", "Bana" should not be confused with "Ban/Van". These are two very different words.
"Bana" spoken in true IndoEuropean language which uses "Tu" for "You", such as the one spoken in border states of India and Pakistan means "Arrow"
