Profile Description |
- Leads and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of components that comprise the Framework on which the next generation of eCommerce applications are built.
- A leader of highly complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.
- Viewed as a technology subject matter expert; able to provide and communicate complex technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors.
- Leads the resolution process for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
- Strong team player; effectively collaborates in design, development, and troubleshooting with peers and developers from other project teams.
- Leads for entire Offshore delivery with end to end accountability

Profile Requirements |
- Working knowledge of appropriate or comparable open source solutions in the Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Tiles and Drools.
- WebServices integration using SOAP, WSDLs
- Other skills to include XML, XSLT, JMS, HTML, JavaScript
- Familiar with development tools Perforce, Maven, CruiseControl, RAD, and Websphere.
- Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
