    Paid In Full.

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, “How much do I owe you?” “You don’t owe me anything,” she replied. “My mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness.” He said, “Then I thank you from my heart.”

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Year’s later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor’s gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case.

After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She began to read the following words:
“Paid in full with one glass of milk
    ”Signed, Dr. Howard Kelly.

waisi aapki baat apni jagah sahi hai magar you know the tension of private job. Every month target, fir us target ko pura karne ke liye mara mari na waqt ka khayal, aor bechare engg se pucho jab deadline paas aati h to sari masti kahatm. khana peena.......... Well i am in mgmt now but in sabse hoke hi yaha aya hu. Ab mgmt ke pange - banao plan market me jao, execute karwao, aor fir boss ki suno matlab watt pe watt.

Bas govt job me itni aapadhapi nahi hoti. kuch spare time mil jata h aor holidays to kammal ke milte hai compared to pvt job.

I agree-----govt Job does not teach us Time Management

    However my favourite quote:

SARKARI MEI KOI BHADAK HOTI NAHI N PRIVATE MEI BHADAK KABHI KAM HOTI NAHI.

J g - in private its a race , n one has to win -else ghar baith jao agar bas ki nahi , one has to do 10 times more than his capacity tab jakar one justifies the salary. U r right biggest danger is getting laying off , jis bechare ki family ho - bache school mei jate ho usse paat hai - Laying Off ka danger , he would rather prefer working on week offs , n boss ki chilam-chilli sun lega bajay---naukri chodne ki

Govt job people chahe choti post par ho -----get all benefit -----loan lena hai toh bas bol do govt service- job done

yahan 50K bhi kamate ho toh bhi hazar documents letter dikhao-------

Janki ji----ram ji kare aapka kaha ek ek shabd sach ho -----

let me try once agin to explain u---else u r good with ur views n i m good with mine----

.aap purane time ki bat kar rahi hai jab govt job me kaam kam or aram jyda hota tha......now time has changed ...aaj kal govt job jyada tough hoti hai

-There are some people who r in govt jobs , i m talking about my generation timings:::::9 am till 5 pm fix ek dam . For Private wapis aane ka toh koi fix nahi , han jane ka agar kismat achi huyee toh fix , else ur boss can call u at any time .
    - Govt ka kam tough :::::: bas yahi sunna baki tha shayad , if u being govt servant accountable of some work CHAHE MAT karo , uska koi kuch nahi bigad sakta . In private u have to do taht work as well which is not delegated to u , n agar na kiya toh toh agli naukri dhhondna shurru kar do.

...pvt job me aap jitna hard work karege aapko utni jaldi promotion or incentive milta hai.
    - somebody working for 16 hrs a day ---not hard work ji rather overburden of work
    - Jaldi promotion , janki ji carrot n stick karke ek bahut famous phrase hai . Promotion woh carrot hai juske chkakr hum apni personal life ki aise taise kar lete hai
    - ek PR bhi bahut badi cheez hai private sector which plays a great role in promotion

....but ek bar soch kar dekhiye govt job me kabhi kabhi aisa hota hai aap jiss rank se job start karte hai ussi rank se retire bhi ho jate hai.
    - I m not sure but ek mehangayee bhatat kare ke term hoti hai Govt Jobs mei , chahe desh mei aag lagi ho , but har sal salary mei increment zaroor hoga
    - In private sector, jab recession tha -----kissi ko 10 rs ki hike bhi nahi milli . For increment , apparaisal dicussion hota hai hai , rating par meeting hoti hai
    - poore 3 mahine C&B par meeting hoti hai , tab jakar kissi ke 100 inr badhte hai , meine kabhi nahi suna Govt sector mei apapraisal discussion

.... or aapko kisne kaha bank govt employee ko loan asani se mil jata hai....balki kuch bank me aise rules hai ki wo kisi perticular department me kam karne walo ko loan hi nahi dete....
    )
    - ji aisa hai , i m authoritary signatory of all correspondence from my organisation for my BU
    - Roz koi na koi family pressure ka mara , sign karwane aa jate hai . N hum Private sector wale bhi itna mean n selfish hote hai , ki sign karne se pehle Xillion questions

to aisa naa sochiye govt job milna matlab zindgi sakoon se kategi...
    - no offence but i can bet dear this statement is over rated , agar nahi hoti toh log sal-sal bhar padhayee nahi karte sirf govt job ke liye.
    - Mei aaj same pay scale par private n govt job nikaloo , toh lakh application govt ki hongi n 1000 shayad private ki/

As per u , agar Govt job tough hai ---they people pay Lakhs of rupees of bribe for Govt job . Govt job mei toh mei promotion nahi , sukoon nahi n tough hai .

One more funny thing------there was a time jab shadi se pehle poochte the ladka sarkari naukri mei ho toh hi better hai , waise abhi bhi hai yeh sab.

Aaj kal toh ladki bhi sarkari naukri wale mangte hai--janki ji.

Piece of advice : I do not know if u r working or not , if so where , but never ever work with Private Sector

PS: Those who work with private sector , they don't have life but yes every other thing of pleasure .

Conclusion : Aisa hai Janki ji ------chalo aap ki bat sahi hum Private aish kar rahe hai , n bechare govt jon wale bechare bahut Tough kam rahe hai . Koi toh sare sarkari naukri wale bhai-behan humare liye khush ho jao.

    The gift of insults

There once lived a great Samurai, now old, who decided to teach Zen Buddhism to young people.

One afternoon, a warrior – known for his complete lack of scruples – arrived there. The young and impatient warrior had never lost a fight. Hearing of the Samurai’s reputation, he had come to defeat him, and increase his fame.

All the students were against the idea, but the old man accepted the challenge.

All gathered on the town square, and the young man started insulting the old master. He threw a few rocks in his direction, spat in his face, shouted every insult under the sun – he even insulted his ancestors.

For hours, he did everything to provoke him, but the old man remained impassive. At the end of the afternoon, by now feeling exhausted and humiliated, the impetuous warrior left.

Disappointed by the fact that the master had received so many insults and provocations, the students asked:
    – How could you bear such indignity? Why didn’t you use your sword, even knowing you might lose the fight, instead of displaying your cowardice in front of us all?

    – If someone comes to you with a gift, and you do not accept it, who does the gift belong to? – asked the Samurai.
    – He who tried to deliver it – replied one of his disciples.

    – The same goes for envy, anger and insults – said the master.
“When they are not accepted, they continue to belong to the one who carried them.”

Remember, we all stumble, every one of us.
That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand.

Rekha ji, It is s seen that the person insulting "X" gets immense pleasure when "X" reacts according to his insulting plans. But in case "X" does not offer any reaction, insulting person gets tortured.

Thanks Rekha to share your precious view with me........lekin jiss tahra se aapne mere comment par comment kiya mera wo matlab nahi tha...mera comment above story ke content me tha........jisme kisi ne kaha the wish his dad have a govt job..... or mujhe uss story ke content me nahi samjh aya kya ek govt job iss bat ki surety deti hai ke uss insan ki family like achi hogi.....agar aapko bhi aisa lagta hai too kya mujhe ye samjhna chahiye ke jitne bhi insan pvt sector me job kar rahe hai un sabhi ki family life achi nahi hai.....mujhe lagta hai govt job ho ya phir private job ye sirf uss insan par depend karta hai wo kaise aapni family life or official life ke bich balance banate hai... life is all about our priority… jiss insane ko aapni life me jo chiz important lagti hai wo insane ussi ko jyada time and importance deta hai

waise mujhe iss tahra aapki bato ka jawab dena acha nahi lag raha hai but phir bhi mai thoda aapko batana chahugi ki sabhi govt job and pvt job ek si nahi hoti hai...agar kuch govt job me time fix hai to kuch govt job aisi bhi hoti hai jisme time fix nahi hota hai even wo to kabhi kabhi mahino tak aapni family se mil tak nahi pate hai..... kuch logo ki posting aisi jagh hoti hai jaha no electricity, no network of phone,24 X 7 fear of death, aisi situation bhi hoti hai.... isiliye sabhi govt job ko sabhi pvt job se compare mat kijiye .......

dear agar aapko lagta hai ke govt job me chahe kaam mat karo koi fark nahi padta hai to ye un sab govt employees ke liye bura hoga jo full dedication ke sath job karte hai......aap shayd politicians n govt employees ke bich me compare kar rahi hai........or rahi bat recession ki, to maine pahle hi kaha hai govt job me money nahi hai lekin security hoti hai ke aapke pass 60 saal tak job rahegi or uske bad aapko pension milegi......issi liye govt job sabhi karna chahte hai kyoki insan aapne aapko secure samajhta hai ....

aap” authoritary signatory of all correspondence from my organisation for my BU”hai ... agar sach me aisa hai to aapko ye bat ache se pata hogi ki kitne sare log banks se fraud loan lete hai or uske bad uss loan ki ek installment tak nahi dete hai. pvt job karne wale bahot se log cities bhi change karte rahte hai jisse banks ko aapni loan ki recovery karne me problem hoti hai isliye wo unhe loan dena pasand nahi karte.....bakki govt job hona loan milne ki guarantee hai aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai........

ye sach hai kuch insane saal saal bhar baith kar pagalo ke jaise govt job ke liye padhayi karte hai lekin ye bhi sach hai koi bhi IIT, IIM, or aise hi kisi bahot bade institute se study karne ke bad govt job nahi karta.....

aapne ek or bat ke liye kaha ke funny thing.....to uska bhi jawab dena chaugi.....aaj ke time me kisi bhi maa baap ke liye unki beti bhooj nahi hai ke kisi bhi insan ke sath wo aapni beti ki shadi karde sabhi maa baap yahi chahte hai unki beti shadi ke bad jaha bhi rahe khush rahe…. or shayd unhe lagta hai ke wo govt job wala ke sath mattar pannir na kha sake to kya hua lekin allu mattar ki sazi to khayegi ...... its a joke apart....

thanks for your kind advise.. you don't know me thts why i m telling u one more thing.....yes i have been working with a govt organization as a part time instructor for last five year but only in summers breaks..... I never wanted to do the job but it’s a part time job that’s why I do this........and i never said ke pvt sector wale aish kar rahe hai maine sirf itna kaha ke ye myth hai ke govt job wale aish karte hai......i don't know the life of a person who work in private sector ........i can only tell about the govt sector...

agar aapko meri kisi bat ka bura laga to mai SORRY kahan chahugi… but mera kuch galt matlab nahi tha and please please please its a humble request to you.. don't comment like this the way u have hi-lighted all above my lines......... its really embarrasses me.....this is my weakness tht i can't argue and fight with anyone......

agar aapke liye govt job itni important hai to mai bus bhagwan se dua karna chahugi ke aapki govt job lag jaye......

    - Roz koi na koi family pressure ka mara , sign karwane aa jate hai . N hum Private sector wale bhi itna mean n selfish hote hai , ki sign karne se pehle Xillion questions

to aisa naa sochiye govt job milna matlab zindgi sakoon se kategi...
    - no offence but i can bet dear this statement is over rated , agar nahi hoti toh log sal-sal bhar padhayee nahi karte sirf govt job ke liye.
    - Mei aaj same pay scale par private n govt job nikaloo , toh lakh application govt ki hongi n 1000 shayad private ki/

As per u , agar Govt job tough hai ---they people pay Lakhs of rupees of bribe for Govt job . Govt job mei toh mei promotion nahi , sukoon nahi n tough hai .

One more funny thing------there was a time jab shadi se pehle poochte the ladka sarkari naukri mei ho toh hi better hai , waise abhi bhi hai yeh sab.

Aaj kal toh ladki bhi sarkari naukri wale mangte hai--janki ji.

Piece of advice : I do not know if u r working or not , if so where , but never ever work with Private Sector

PS: Those who work with private sector , they don't have life but yes every other thing of pleasure .

Conclusion : Aisa hai Janki ji ------chalo aap ki bat sahi hum Private aish kar rahe hai , n bechare govt jon wale bechare bahut Tough kam rahe hai . Koi toh sare sarkari naukri wale bhai-behan humare liye khush ho jao.
If things r happening according 2 ur wish, u r lucky
if they are not, u r very lucky
because they r happening according to god's wish

waise mujhe iss tahra aapki bato ka jawab dena acha nahi lag raha hai but phir bhi mai thoda aapko batana chahugi ki sabhi govt job and pvt job ek si nahi hoti hai...agar kuch govt job me time fix hai to kuch govt job aisi bhi hoti hai jisme time fix nahi hota hai even wo to kabhi kabhi mahino tak aapni family se mil tak nahi pate hai..... kuch logo ki posting aisi jagh hoti hai jaha no electricity, no network of phone,24 X 7 fear of death, aisi situation bhi hoti hai.... isiliye sabhi govt job ko sabhi pvt job se compare mat kijiye .......

dear agar aapko lagta hai ke govt job me chahe kaam mat karo koi fark nahi padta hai to ye un sab govt employees ke liye bura hoga jo full dedication ke sath job karte hai......aap shayd politicians n govt employees ke bich me compare kar rahi hai........or rahi bat recession ki, to maine pahle hi kaha hai govt job me money nahi hai lekin security hoti hai ke aapke pass 60 saal tak job rahegi or uske bad aapko pension milegi......issi liye govt job sabhi karna chahte hai kyoki insan aapne aapko secure samajhta hai ....

aap” authoritary signatory of all correspondence from my organisation for my BU”hai ... agar sach me aisa hai to aapko ye bat ache se pata hogi ki kitne sare log banks se fraud loan lete hai or uske bad uss loan ki ek installment tak nahi dete hai. pvt job karne wale bahot se log cities bhi change karte rahte hai jisse banks ko aapni loan ki recovery karne me problem hoti hai isliye wo unhe loan dena pasand nahi karte.....bakki govt job hona loan milne ki guarantee hai aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai........

ye sach hai kuch insane saal saal bhar baith kar pagalo ke jaise govt job ke liye padhayi karte hai lekin ye bhi sach hai koi bhi IIT, IIM, or aise hi kisi bahot bade institute se study karne ke bad govt job nahi karta.....

aapne ek or bat ke liye kaha ke funny thing.....to uska bhi jawab dena chaugi.....aaj ke time me kisi bhi maa baap ke liye unki beti bhooj nahi hai ke kisi bhi insan ke sath wo aapni beti ki shadi karde sabhi maa baap yahi chahte hai unki beti shadi ke bad jaha bhi rahe khush rahe…. or shayd unhe lagta hai ke wo govt job wala ke sath mattar pannir na kha sake to kya hua lekin allu mattar ki sazi to khayegi ...... its a joke apart....

thanks for your kind advise.. you don't know me thts why i m telling u one more thing.....yes i have been working with a govt organization as a part time instructor for last five year but only in summers breaks.....

Please Janki ji---no sorry yar-----trust me my intention was not passing any kinda comment ------i m sure u must have heard
Agreements lead to better results than arguments .

Kuch bhi personal nahi tha-----I was just trying to give to clear understanding of issues with Pvt Jobs so that u would understand better . How I understand better coz I have frnds with govt organisation n private , again I m talking about my generation . N dear , aap joh risk related 24X7 jobs ke rah hi ho----- I guess defence n police may be As per the thread those were the not fields we were talking about ( hats off to those defence walas n cops )

Sorry yar : lemme try to clear some points , trust me dear aim is not to prove u wrong rather to discuss the current scenario .

In ur bank wala statement---aapne khud hi proove kar diya coz of frauds n all , it is more credible to give loans to Govt Sector ( we both agree-atleast some where)

That IIT +IIM wala thing u r talking about studies ----i was talking about jobs they work hard for studies to get into best school n college , n dear IIT + IIM are goiverned by Govt Sector else kitne IIT+IIM khul gaye hote like othe mba schools and engg , medical colleges

That shadi part ---- I said exactly same thing parents want prospect to be working in Goct sector ( again we both agreed on same )

Now about me dear - agar mujhe govt job karni hoti - toh mei abhi govt job kar rahi hoti ---although its not required but I have ever even appeared for any govt job apart from parental pressure ------coz
1- I know my potential , I wanna be best whatever I do, in private i have vast opportunities to prove my worth.
2- I don't like work culture of public sector , again doosron ko karta dekha hai
3- I need challenges in my work life- a goal to reach to , not just 9 am to 5 pm routine job. It is way to boring
4- I like testing my threshold n basis same extending my limits .

( meine apni zyada tareef kar di shayad )

This private sector has destroyed many lifes , coz people run after that carrot like anything n they have no other option as there is no job security so jitna hath lage bator le

Yar isse bura kya hoga aap apne 6 mahine ke bache ko ek full time maid ke sath ghar chod aate ho ---just for making fews bucks and the reasoning is smriti- ghar ki installements , expenses , aage bache ke school ka donation n all that jazz ( kabhi mile toh i would share one of my frnds story , she need to settle in UK leaving her son here just for this)

So dear -------again I would to my own point----coz of that damn Carrot------private sector is responsible for many seen-unseen damages .

Hey------this is only meant for sharing views .

Ek bar ek JL member ne mujhe sikhaya tha------behanji its a virtual world where people express their views, do not take things to heart .

So chillllll , n mei toh yar famous hi ho bhadak karne ke liye so just have fun dear

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED?

About a hundred years ago, a man looked at the morning newspaper and to his surprise and horror, read his name in the obituary column. The newspapers had reported the death of the wrong person by mistake. His first response was shock. Am I here or there? When he regained his composure, his second thought was to find out what people had said about him. The obituary read, "Dynamite King Dies." And also "He was the merchant of death." This man was the inventor of dynamite and when he read the words "merchant of death," he asked himself a question, "Is this how I am going to be remembered?" He got in touch with his feelings and decided that this was not the way he wanted to be remembered. From that day on, he started working toward peace. His name was Alfred Nobel and he is remembered today by the great Nobel Prize.

Just as Alfred Nobel got in touch with his feelings and redefined his values, we should step back and do the same.

    What is your legacy?
How would you like to be remembered?
Will you be spoken well of?
Will you be remembered with love and respect?
    Will you be missed?
Remember, we all stumble, every one of us.
That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand.
    :D
