The other day I used a small pinch of grated skin of lemon in my noodles and I must say the dish became welcomingly aromatic and tasted simply great. Lemon skin is rich in citrus oils.

Avocados remind me of a simple, quick sauce that is made by grinding say 3-4 tablespoon of avocado pulp with about 2 table spoon mayonnaise. Ready!
