    physical activities such such as running ,walking,cycling helps in combating stress when we exercise body releases feel good hormones and we feel relieved i experience it daily when i run or work out.
    being with your love one helps ...reading,music etc also helps

    Very true......but we are not following this bcoz of our busy schedule at workplaces....we have to spare time for these activities to be fit as there is no other option.......

    In addition to execise, kindly avoid remaining aloof or cut off from society and share your trouble points with the people in whom you have sense of faith and trust !
