चश्मदीद ने किया खुलासा, भीड़ के हमले से नहीं हुई हेड कांस्टेबल की मौत!

नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली गैंगरेप की जांच और विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान पुलिस की भूमिका पर सवाल उठने शुरू हो गए हैं। एक ओर पीड़िता का बयान लेने वाली एसडीएम उषा चतुर्वेदी ने अस्पताल में तैनात पुलिस द्वारा उनपर दबाव डालने का आरोप लगाया है। वहीं, प्रदर्शन के दौरान एक प्रत्यक्षदर्शी ने टीवी पर बताया कि मृत पुलिस हेड कांस्टेबल सुभाष चंद्र तोमर को किसी ने निशाना नहीं बनाया था और उन्हें कोई चोट भी नहीं लगी थी।
योगेन्द्र नामक इस छात्र ने बताया कि हेड कांस्टेबल सुभाष दौड़ते हुए अचानक गिर पड़े और जब हम उनके पास पहुंचे तो उनकी सांसे अटक रही थी। हमने उनके जूते उतारे और हाथ और पैर के तलुओं को गरम करने की कोशिश की। उनकी हालत में कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ। वहां मौजूद एक लड़की ने एम्बुलेंस बुलाने की भी कोशिश की। इस दौरान वहां मौजूद पुलिस वाले हेड कांस्टेबल को छोड़ भीड़ की तरफ दौड़ पड़े थे।
जबकि, हेड कांस्टेबल सुभाष तोमर की मौत के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्*नर नीरज कुमार ने प्रेस कांफ्रेस में बताया कि सुभाष के पेट, छाती और गर्दन पर अंदरूनी चोट की वजह से उनकी मौत हुई है। पूरी पोस्*टमार्टम रिपोर्ट तीन-चार दिनों में आ जाएगी। प्रत्यक्षदर्शी योगेंद्र और पुलिस कमिश्नर के बयान के बीच इस विरोधाभास ने मामले को संदेह के घेरे में ल दिया है।

Shameless 'planters' are now cashing the death of constable, trying to further 1) axe their rivals .. eg. AAP, Ramdev, Gen (Retd) V. K Singh, BJP etc. 2) Taking advantage to 'control' the situation.. trying to end/weak the protests.

Protestors have already gone cautious after Tomar's death. Police manhandled girls/ladies protesting at Jantar-mantar too.

प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के सोमवार को देश के नाम संबोधन के अंत में उनके ''ठीक है'' जुमले के प्रसारित होने की गाज दूरदर्शन के पांच कर्मचारियों गिरी है। दूरदर्शन ने दो कैमरामैन और इंजीनियरिंग विंग के तीन कर्मचारियों को निलंबित कर दिया है। इस मामले की जांच के भी आदेश दिए गए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री के भाषण की रिकार्डिग के लिए दूरदर्शनकर्मी समय से उनके निवास 7, रेस कोर्स नहीं पहुंच सके थे। जिसके चलते निजी टीवी न्यूज एजेंसी एएनआइ ने उनके राष्ट्र के नाम संबोधन की रिकार्डिग की और समाचार चैनलों पर वह गैर संपादित ही प्रसारित हो गया। जिसमें मनमोहन अपने भाषण के अंत में ठीक है कहते हुए दिखे। बाद में इस गलती को दुरुस्त कर दिया गया। दूरदर्शन का कहना है कि कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ निलंबन की कार्रवाई का पीएम के भाषण के गैर संपादित ही प्रसारित हो जाने के प्रकरण से कोई लेनादेना नहीं है। उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री आवास देर से पहुंचने के कारण निलंबित किया गया है। सूत्रों के अनुसार मनमोहन का भाषण सोमवार सुबह 9.30 बजे रिकॉर्ड कर लिया गया था जबकि रिकार्डिग के लिए दूरदर्शन के कैमरामैन 9.40 बजे और इंजीनियरिंग विंग के कर्मी दस बजे के बाद पहुंचे। दूरदर्शन के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि प्रधानमंत्री निवास 7, रेस कोर्स जाने वाले मार्गो पर यातायात प्रतिबंध के चलते दूरदर्शन की रिकार्डिग टीम समय से नहीं पहुंच सकी। उन्हें पीएमओ ने कुछ ही समय पहले रिकार्डिग के लिए आने को कहा था।
