Only way to save Hindi, is to import popular words from other languages, just like English is importing words, Guru and Pundit are just two examples English imported from Hindi/Sanskrit.
If Hindi stuck to its own words only, that day is not far when it will be dead like Sanskrit...

There is no danger of extinction of Hindi as it is by and large understood in every nook and corner of the country and is a live language.
Cinema, TV and cultural activities have made it grow and assimilate newer words day to day. Raj Kapoor's pictures and dialogues are very popular in Russia and the same is the case with several other Heroes of the Hindi films in several foreign nations.
Therefore the future of Hindi as language is bright!

KARNAL: In an effort to simplify Daily Diary Reports and First Information Reports for the common man, Haryana police has decided to do away with archaic and difficult words and phrases from the Persian and Urdu languages.
These words and phrases have been in use in Haryana since the pre-Independence period when it was a part of the undivided Punjab.
Words like 'muddayi (complainant), muddala (accused), 'tameel' (execution), aala-e-qatal (murder weapon), taftish (investigation), daryaft (plea), hasab jabta (as per law), 'missal' (file), 'tarmeem' (amendment) and ishtgassa (petition), to name a few, baffle the complainants when they are handed their copy of the FIR.
Additional director general of police Layak Ram Dabas, who is the head of the state crime records bureau, said the department has initiated the move to incorporate simple Hindi words in the complaints. He said, "The practice of using Persian and Urdu words in the police complaints was common, despite instructions from the then DGP in 2005 to discontinue the usage of such perplexing terms. The state police chief had recommended the use of Hindi for writing complaints, filing investigation and research reports."
Even the courts in various districts of Haryana have repeatedly asked the police to use Hindi words and phrases, but the 'munshis' (readers) who write the reports have not changed their style of work. The young readers tend to follow their senior colleagues in filing the reports, say senior Haryana police officials.
Dabas said the department held a special camp for more than 300 munshis who were trained were trained in writing reports. The officer said around 350 such words being used while registering the police complaints have been replaced now. He said all munshis working in the police stations would now be required to undergo the training programme aimed at sensitizing them about use of Hindi words in their paperwork.
"After the successful completion of training of munshis, the senior officials at each police station would be asked to ensure that the usage of Persian and Urdu words was stopped, failing which action would be taken against them," Dabas said.
Rajinder Singh, a sub-munshi at a Karnal police station, said the practice of using Persian and Urdu words passed on from seniors to new employees and it still continues.
"Now that the department has finally decided to get rid of these words, it would not only enable the commoners to understand the contents of their complaints but also facilitate the working of police," he said.

चलो, एक शुभ समाचार तो मिला। मुगल बादशाहों ने फारसी चलाई जो अदालतों की भाषा बनी। अंग्रेजों के समय इसकी जगह उर्दू ने ले ली। तहसील और थानों में मुंशी रखे जाते थे (जो फारसी/उर्दू पढ़े होते थे) जिनका काम रिपोर्ट लिखना, रजिस्टरों में खाना-पूर्ति करना होता था।
आजादी के बाद यही सिलसिला जारी रहा और आज तक चला आ रहा है। किसी जमीन के सौदे आदि की रजिस्ट्री बनवाओ, आज भी मुंशी बैठे होते हैं जो लिखते तो हिन्दी (देवनागरी) में ही हैं पर सारी भाषा फारसी/उर्दू होती है जो किसी के पल्ले नहीं पड़ती। मैंने स्वयं देखा है । एक बार किसी की जमीन-बिक्री की रजिस्ट्री हो हई। इसके बाद उसको पटवारी के रजिस्टर में लिखवाना पड़ता है ताकि रिकार्ड ठीक रहे। कहा गया - पटवारी के पास इसका इंतकाल करवा लो। जब इंतकाल का मतलब पूछा गया तो बताया गया कि इसका मतलब है - Entry करवाना ! साथ ही यह भी बता दिया कि इस कागजी कार्रवाही को पूरी करके अपनी जान छुड़ाओ, शब्दों के अर्थ में क्या रखा है!
इसे कहते हैं लकीर के फकीर बनना। असल में इंतकाल का अर्थ होता है मौत। जब किसी की मौत (इंतकाल) हो जाये तो उसके नाम वाली जमीन उसके बेटों के नाम करने के लिए पटवारी के रजिस्टर में लिखवाना पड़ता था। अब भोले-भाले लोग इंतकाल का मतलब कुछ और ही समझने लगे हैं! खुद लिखने वाले मुंशी को नहीं पता कि इन शब्दों का अर्थ क्या है! आखिर यह क्रम कब तक चलता रहेगा?

ये ही हाल अदालत मे भी हे उनके वे बोल किसी और ना तो समज आंदे बेरा नि इन कोर्ट की भाषा इनने क्यों नही बदली इब्लग. आज भी फारसी/उर्दू चले हे ओढ़े.

वैसे इंतकाल का मतलब ट्रान्स्फर भी होता हे. पर जो बात कहना चाहते हे वो बिल्कुल सही हे सरकारी काम हमारी भाषा मे होने चाहिए मुगलों की भाषा आइब तो छोड़ दो

Ye word isliye nahi chal rahe the ki koi in shabdon se lagav tha . Ye isliye chal rahe the kyonki ye babu kuch kaam ya koi pain leke raaji koni.
Na inka koi court kuch bigad sakti na ministers.
Aaj bhi 1890 ke baane hue kanooon chalte hain.

असल में उर्दू/ फारसी में इंतकाल शब्द का अर्थ transfer नहीं होता, इसका मतलब होता है - death (मौत)। उर्दू/फारसी में transfer को तबादला कहा जाता है।
पर आजकल अदालतों में बैठे कम पढ़े मुंशियों ने इंतकाल का मतलब transfer बताना शुरु कर दिया है और गांवों के भोले-भाले लोग इसका यही अर्थ समझने लगे हैं।

This page also suggest inteqal means transfer or transition. I think it's Arabic word and is used in Farsi and Urdu. http://www.iai.it/pdf/DocIAI/iaiwp1113.pdf. But the point still stands.

Ye lo iski explaination:
Actual the Inteqal is not a urdu word , its Arabic word and its mean Transfer Muntaqil. But if you will use this word for human mean he/she has transferred
from virtual life to real life (dunya to akhrah )
