As You Think so you Become ; So think Positive

As is the mind, so is the body. As you think, so you become.

A sound mind in a sound body is a well known saying. But the

    practical implications of it are not appreciated deeply enough;

otherwise, mankind would not suffer as much as it does today.

If one is always calm, serene and peaceful and maintains cheerful

outlook, free from worries, is bound to be healthy.

If one is always disturbed, worried and full of hatred, anger, jealousy and

lust, then no matter what tonics one takes or what exercises one does, one just cannot be healthy.

So the choice lies with you whether you want to be healthy or not !

Your views and experiences on the issue are welcome.

The way to good health, the road to robust well-being lies in the purification of the mind.

Purify, Purify and Purify the mind.

    Internal purity comes foremost.

A man who thinks pure will talk pure and act pure also.

The pure minded man will also have a chaste look.

His words will be chaste and so would be his deeds.

The pure minded man will shun bad environment and evil company.

He will not touch tainted food, impure eatables, the food soiled by blood and filth.

Dr. Rajpal, Allow me to ask you a question.

One remains disturbed because of harbouring hatered, jealousy etc OR is it that one is disturbed therefore he/she harbours hatered, jealousy etc. In other words, which comes first, the hatred etc or the disturbed mind ?

I am not sure about the succession issue of the two states but think that both conditions are so inextricably connected that if one comes it leads to another state and vice versa.

    Thanks
