Hi all,

Anybody heard of wrester which is also known as 'Goonga Pehlwan'. Virender is deaf and dumb by birth still against all odds he brought lot of laurels for our community and wrestling. But as usual no sponsor and no support for this great sportsman.


वीरेंद्र सुन बोल नहीं सकते. उन्हें 'गूंगा पहलवान' के नाम से बुलाया जाता है.
लेकिन उन्होंने इसे कभी अपनी कमज़ोरी नहीं बनने दिया. वो एक विश्व स्तरीय खिलाड़ी हैं. वीरेंद्र 2005 मेलबर्न डेफलंपिक्स में स्वर्ण पदक और 2009 तायपेई डेफलंपिक्स में कांस्य पदक जीत चुके हैं.

उनकी ज़िंदगी पर एक डाक्यूमेंट्री फिल्म भी बन रही है जिसका नाम है 'गूंगा पहलवान'. इस फिल्म का निर्देशन कर रहे हैं विवेक चौधरी, मीत जानी और प्रतीक गुप्ता.
