I have 9+ years of exp in various Microsoft technologies and have valid B1 and L1B visa.
Please let me know if any fellow member is aware of good H1B visa sponsors\consultants.

From what I know B1 is irrespective when it comes to working on site. There are plenty of IT recruiters in NJ and DC area(mostly Desis) who would be willing to make you work on contract and sponsor your Visas but you will have to meet them I guess. Another requirement they have is though is you need to be working already I guess- but no harm in trying.
