This is just cleared by cabinet not by parliament. If they were honest they would have got it passed properly. Next Govt doesn't have to abide by this. In any case if they have given us reservation does not mean that we have to vote for them for the rest of the life.
Sometime we have to think about long term gains rather than short terms.

Forces inimical to our interests were creating hurdles on every step......New twists were added on every occasion ...Had the govt cared about every formality we would have missed the Bus.
Best thing is Congress did it .It is time for our Jats brethren to ensure that it is not again snatched back as BJP partner Bishnoi did last time.
Well we very well know how much love Sushama ,Advani,Rambilas ,Rajnath ,Vijay Malohtra ,Jaswant Singh Arun Shorie Jethmalani and others have for Jats . So let us hope every thing goes right.
But I would agree Jats will have a tough time choosing between Hooda and Choutala in Haryana.

जाट आरक्षण को कैबिनेट की बैठक में मंजूरी दिलाकर चौ. अजित सिंह ने जो पैंतरा चला है, वह विपक्षी पार्टियों पर ही नहीं बल्कि उनके विरोधी जाट नेताओं पर भी भारी पड़ा है।
लोकसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले दबाव की राजनीति कर अजित सिंह ने जो दांव चला है, उससे पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में रालोद नये चुनावी समीकरण लेकर सामने आया है।
जाट आरक्षण की मांग 1949 में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और चौ. अजित सिंह के पिता चौधरी चरण सिंह ने उठाई थी। इसके बाद चौ. अजित सिंह ने आरक्षण की मांग को ठंडा नहीं होने दिया। जिसके चलते प्रदेश स्तर पर तो जाटों को आरक्षण मिला। लेकिन केंद्रीय सेवाओं में आरक्षण की मांग बनी रही।

जाट रालोद का परंपरागत वोटर रहा है। लेकिन मुजफ्फरनगर दंगे के बाद इस नाराजगी को भुनाने में भाजपा ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी।
इस खिसकते वोट बैंक पर रालोद को भरोसा था कि जाटों को केंद्र में आरक्षण मिलने पर उनका वोट बैंक और अधिक मजबूत होगा।
इसके लिए रालोद मुखिया चौधरी अजित सिंह तीन माह से केंद्र सरकार पर दबाव बनाए हुए थे। जाट आरक्षण के असमंजस में भाजपा मुजफ्फरनगर दंगे पर सियासत कर जहां जाट लैंड में अपना सियासी पारा चढ़ाने पर लगी थी। उसे अब झटका लगा है।
हालांकि भाजपाई प्रदेश में जाट आरक्षण देने का श्रेय लेकर इस पर सफाई देने में जुटे हैं।

सपा भी पश्चिम में जाट वोटरों को लुभाने के लिए दिग्गजों को लाल बत्तियां देकर लुभाने का प्रयास कर चुकी है। इनमें अनुराधा चौधरी, साहिब सिंह, राजेंद्र चौधरी और राजपाल सिंह का नाम प्रमुख है।
लेकिन जाट आरक्षण में अंतिम मुहर लगने के बाद सभी के समीकरण धरे रह गए।

Sometime we just read what we want to read. Did I say BJP will come to the power and if it does may not abide by it. I just said next Govt whoever be it does not have to abide by because its not passed in parliament.
Did I ask you or anyone else to support Bishnoi or Rambilas ? Anyway may be you can tell us how another 5 years of scams, weak govt, wrong economic policies will benefit anyone. Reservation is just a mean not an end.

AFAIK, inclusion of any caste in Central OBC list doesn't require Parliament approval. NCBC Act 1993 says that NCBC shall examine and advise central government to include/exclude any caste in OBC list and NCBC recommendations shall ordinarily be binding upon the central government.
Gazette notification is issued by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment based on the Central Governments acceptance/rejection of recommendations given by NCBC.
Government tables a report to apprise Parliament its decisions based on the inputs of NCBC and it has always been there in the past. Parliament will not be any hurdle because it is not a new legislation. Jat Reservation is more or less a policy of government and not a new legislation because legislation is already in place of 27% reservation to OBCs.
We should wait for the Gazette notification by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
However, inclusion/deletion of any caste in OBC list can be challenged in Court of law.
In case of Jat reservation, NCBC has given divided recommendation and Central Government has included Jats in OBC list because of elections. This can be challenged in court. Court can put stay on this in lack of proper study before including Jats in OBC list. At that time, it will be completely dependent on the arguments presented before court and justification by government to include Jats in OBC list.
Positive thing is that Jats are already included in various states OBC list.

I will vote for Ajeet (and you may vote for Hooda kharab ji) for assembly election for their favor on Jat reservation but not for coming parliament election. not to rambilas, not to BJP, this vote goes to "feku" to stop "pappu" and "paltu".
Become more and more innocent, less knowledgeable and more childlike. Take life as fun - because that's precisely what it is!

But
How JAT reservation has any relation with Modi?
Even the BJP Govt gave status of OBC to Rajasthan JATS more that 12 years back.
If they were against JAT reservation then how it happened that time.
In case Congress was really concerned than why it did not do it before 5 or 6 months back.
Now again there are many hurdles to get through.....
If it had been 6 Months back then those hurdles may get cleared.
Really Hero will be one who will implement it after election. In Delhi Commission to Include JATS in Delhi State OBC was set up by BJP.
JATS now should not be too anti to any Party so that after election it may not be implemented for another 5 Years.
We need to gather support from other OBC - Like Saini /Gujjars to support us because Bishnoi/Yadav will always oppose us.

Well I may be wrong if you are asking for a third option but if you mean BJP than congree and BJP are just two faces of the same coin at the center but for Haryana Congress is certainly better than BJP .
Regarding Reservation It is a mean that help us in attaining the end we plan for our brothers.

I disagree that congress and BJP are same at the centre. Vajpeyee was much better than ManMohan. Vajpeyee had a vision. During his time there were more jobs for youth. Foreign investment was coming in. World had confidence in us. He took on USA and they had to take sanctions back. Even Chidambram has said that NDA left govt with strong financials.
Probably there wasnt any govt in India who has been scam free but UPA has broken all records.
I dont follow one party. I backed AAP in delhi and for me BJP doesn't exist in Haryana.
What is the end you want to achieve by reservation. Jobs?

Where was this arm chair hero for the last about ten years of UPA rule when Jats were struggling and sacrificing even their lives for getting their legitimate demands conceded by the Government of India of which he was a participant !

Perhaps it was Atal Behari Vajpayee government that did it for the Jats of Rajasthan !
So far as Haryana is concerned the state level special reservation share for the Jats is merely 1 % out of 5% in class 1 posts and 2% in below this category given to all five castes included in special reservation given 5 and 10 percent to Jats, Sikh Jats, Bishnois, Rors, etc. This is the true picture of the Jat reservation in Haryana.
So the Jats of Haryana have no illusion about the fact that they have not got their rightful share in their State .
The cat of central reservation share to the Jats is yet to come out whether it is special or included in the general pool of reservation for OBCs. of India !
Therefore, it would be right not to be over excited to decide voting this party or that party.

Very rightly said sir. Ajit Singh foresees the fate of his party in coming elections. This is the reason he is very desparate to do something to save at least his own seat.
Above news seems to be a paid one.... just to get credit..... you see the sentence... " इसके बाद चौ. अजित सिंह ने आरक्षण की मांग को ठंडा नहीं होने दिया।" ........ OMG... this guy never supported any Jat reservation stirs.... Else, he could have kicked his ministerial berth and come along Jats for this cause... !!!
