Position - Manager- Legal & Compliance ( Labour Laws)
Location - Gurgaon
Experience- 6-10 Years

Qualification - MBA+Diploma in Labour Law or LLB degree.

Role-

• Compliance under labour/employment laws Pan India
• Disciplinary Actions/show cause/warning/domestic Inquiries
• Ensure compliance of code of conduct of the company/model standing order
• Registration under S&E Act/Filing returns under labour laws
• Notice period recovery matters
• Consulting under labour laws.
• Liasoing with Govt authorities for closer of inspection notices/show cause, for non compliances
• Cases under ID Act, EC Act, PW Act specific to labour laws.
