Under standing common man or "Aam Aadmi"

Who is a "Aam Aadmi" in Indian scenario?

    1. Are they the people migrating to newer cities from villages, small towns, other cities in search of work, education, better livelihood?
    2. Are they the rich, aristocrats, big industrialists, etc?
    3. Are they the people serving government machinery at different levels of the system?
    4. Are they the people who are part of communities and families from which major politicians come out as per Indian mindset of idol worship
    ?

In this changing scenario, i would say "Aam Aadmi" is any person living in a big city for few generations( moved from a village or small city a generation or two ago), some of the members of the family having worked with government machinery or served at some government post and honestly paid taxes to the government. Such a person has also gone through rigorous technical, medical or other conventional education, through school and college level education of the architecture.

These people are the real "Aam Aadmi" of Indian scenario.

    Why?

Because not only have these people seen changes happening but have also gone through the changes shaping an individual/family life of people moving into new environment for work, education, better life, etc.

Who is deciding government formation in Indian scenario?

People who are not "Aam Admi" are deciding government formation in Indian scenario.

These people are mostly uneducated, semi educated, half skilled, migrants with skills or no skills as there is huge scale migration and lot of first generation educated, first generation middle class people in the society.

What is this changing scenario creating in the society?

Lot of "God men and political families linked to these God men and people with false nationalist feelings", who promise to help masses come out of their trouble.

Who can see, what concrete steps are needed to change cities, towns, infrastructure, etc?

People who have been living in the cities for a few generations and have roots in villages/small towns, etc with good educational and working experience in technical, medical, educational, etc, fields.

These are the people who are more close to the practicality of the problems and their solutions. These are also the people who have an foresight into the problems created due to rapid urbanization, changing social structures, change in work, etc.

The past few years of Indian working order and working methodologies have given rise to political parties and social groups have money to invest in " out of India transactions" and provide their own family members with good government positions, money and assests but have nothing to help the "Common people living in slum cities of India".

Now which cities are the "Slum cities of India". I think all cities are the "Slum cities of India, big or small" because all of these cities have the same common problems, which no political party ever addresses.

One can see the shortsightedness of the governments. Metro trains must have been introduced in time bound manner way back in 1990´s.

Which never happened, rather people of Delhi were forced to inhale Diesel fumes although the government knew the harmfull effect of Diesel Fumes.

Even the present metro train infrastructure is not able to support the needs of the people as there is always overcrowding in metro trains and metro stations.

    Why is it so?

Does this not show a mismatch between the needs of the people and the people sitting at important government positions and taking decisions?
