Land value increases exponentially as soon as any major infrastructure project comes in the area. Local buyers alone can not push the land prices. Land prices increase only when external buyers enter the market and that happens only when some major project starts in the area. In the end everyone gains. Land prices near my farm were just Rs 3.00 lacs/ bigha. It went up to Rs 10.00 lacs per bigha as soon as a road project was announced. farmers' land equity increases substantially as soon as any project comes in the area. Land value in Gurgaon in early 80s was hardly Rs 150 per sq yard and even that was very high for most farmers as land was not very fertile. Its the external investment which has pushed prices high in the area. growing sugarcane in very expensive land is nothing but simple stupidity as far as I am concerned.

Kya bakwaas logic hai diya hai apni baat prove karne ke liye ! aaadhe se jyaada kisaan jis din 10 se 20 kille bana lega us din kisi ka mohtaaz nahi hai..... Peedhiya beet jaati hain 1 naya killa khareedne mein kheti ki kamayi se..... Uper ya bahar ki kamayi hai to alag baat hai !


Aur sab kisaan 10 ke 20 bana leta to ye dharti ab tak to phail kar chaad ke ad jaati ! Rubber hai ? Jatland per cheppe jao faaaltu ke logic....

10 ke 20 to kona banne bhai... per 10 ke 11-12 kar liye kisne. per dusare bhai ke 10 main 8-9 bhi to ho gaye hoge. jibe to koi banwega jab koi dusra khoyega.

Return of Anna Hazare, I doubt was that a real return of Anna? Or it was just done to get over the things which happened to him in the past. A good man was fooled by a lot of opportunits.
