How is the present government show a short term plan of clean flowing rivers?

Well this year there has been heavy snowfall in Himalayas in the month of March.

This untimely snowfall is due to global warming and changing weather patterns.

This also means that the snow, is going to melt in coming months.

Excess snow means excess water in river systems, which also means dams releasing lot of water in the rivers.

This means dirt from the river system being pushed into the oceans.

This does not mean a clean river system has been established.

Media or the religious groups will show it as miracle of some god or achievement of government.
