Just come across this news .

We have tendency to make fiasco for everything .

If it is tradition not to let women to enter in a particular temple.....follow it . How would offering and not offering prayer in that shani temple would effect Women Empowerment ?

I know there is one temple in Nashik i guess- where do not let any Muslim to enter , there were sign boards as well ( years back when i was there ) , should we make fiasco over same as well . Tradition & rituals have their own values .

Certainly, it is a big issue. In the first place, this temple, worship and rituals are unnecessary. However, if these things unfortunately exist in a particular social group, what is the logic behind gender-based discrimination? Does God hate women or scared of them?

Some Folks make a fuss when few temples do not allow women but are perfectly okay when men are refused entry in certain trains and seats in buses.

I m also not in favor of diff queues / compartments.....but there is a reason-------I guess u understood , in case you have travelled in public transport
