In terms of Indian context it is nice to see that southern Indian states are better speakers of other languages especially languages spoken out of India.

हिन्दी को नहीं, तो फिर कौन सी भाषा को प्रोत्साहित करें? अंग्रेजी को? यह तो यूरोप से लेकर जापान तक कहीं भी नहीं बोली जाती (सिवाय ब्रिटेन के)।
पता नहीं ऐसे उल्टे-सीधे धागे शुरु कर के तुम्हें क्या मिलता है? अपने शुरु किये गये धागे में खुद ही अपनी पोस्ट को "quote" करते रहते हो और खुद ही लिखते रहते हो। तुम्हारी पोस्ट के जवाब में कोई लिखता भी नहीं (सिवाय तुम्हारे)। लिखते रहो, बेशक। कहते हैं अपने मुंह मियां मिट्ठू!
जबाब हिन्दी में ही लिख रहा हूं - अगर तुम्हें हिन्दी आती है तो पढ़ लेना, वर्ना किसी से अनुवाद करवा लेना।
