Year 2016 is a bit colder then the previous years in northwest of India, a bit more rains in 2016 so a bit more late colder temperatures in the month of December.

So, global warming is not getting any better.

    Water rivulets northwest India

There used to be many water rivulets in northwest of India which joined rivers.
In northwest of India these rivulets have either disappeared or changed into chemical/pollution drains.

What are governments of northwestern Indian states doing to revive these rivulets and free them of water pollution?

    Great concern!

Buy a pollution mask to cover the nose and rest Pollution Control Society will take care. Else, people would be caught to pay fine.

and the present political systems/political parties are not able to do anything about it.

Water is getting polluted due to rapid urbanization of farming area's and other land area.

Noise created by the use of louder speakers in early morning emanting from religious shrines is the latest issue being discussed in India these days.

It seems none is prepared to initiate action against this sort of pollution as it involves sensitive mix up with religion.
History is best when created, better when re-constructed and worst when invented.

Noise caused by use of DJ is crossing all limits but no authorities are implanting Supreme Court gidelines to check the pollution created by use of this device .
