As soon as you log in, on the home page
( the page where all sections are there, like Careers , Current Affairs , Humor etc ) On the same page at the bottom Next to "Who's On line ?" Chat Now is written in Blue . Thats your Destination.
You probably always rush in so fast that you miss it.

Aap ki chat aale problem eeb tanhi solve na hui ke?Mein to aaj ghane din baad es post pe aaya.
Aap nue kyon naa kartek, Ek din Cyber Cafe jaa kar Chat kar lo. Aap ka chaav bhi ek baar poora ho jaa ga. Phir dekhte hain ki Office aale mulon se kyokar nipat na se.

when login window appear (after u press chat and type message u again come to login window, woth the message "there are "some" iser in chat). then login again with the same user name or password . if it gives u that the name is in use already, then use some other name and put any password , i hope u will be in chat window.

Aur agar phir bhi baat na bane

u will get the same window again login and chat
Hope it may work but firts try with going thru proper way
